One small thing: the bins in the room were small and unlined.

Couldn't get closer to the Station if i'd tried!! Had a room that overlooked the turnaround at the front so some traffic noise - but thats to be expected and wasn't at all that bad. A short walk away to the centre of Greenwich and all the shops and the market. Would definitely stay here again - well priced, excellent service, friendly helpful staff and fab comfortable rooms. I will be looking at novotel hotels for future stays as the quality was top rate.

-Personnel very polite and available -Private parking with reasonable fair for London (fix price of 12 GBP per day) -Clean, comfortable and bright room. -Very calm surroundings (even during the St-Patrick week-end) -Greenwich is a lovely neighbourhood ! (shops, market, parc, quiet ... everything is close and available)

-A bit far from the center of London if you plan to visit the city- center (we booked in last minute so the deal was quite ok for us) -Limited size of the private parking. When coming back around 11 pm the parking was full and we had to park outside (a shame knowing we would be charged the 12 GBP anyway). -Nothing else negative to say...

I'd say that the hotel was great but it would be greater if they include a breakfast with the standard booking. Thanks

No free wireless in the rooms , its important nowadays

The hotel was located very conveniently to both North Greenwich station and the dlr. The room was very clean and the fridge adequately stocked and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch. Comfortable bed and the bathroom particularly the power shower was lovely. Would recommend and stay again.

The bathrobes were very rough but I assume that's due to over-washing and no fabric softener used.

Good location right next to Greenwich train station with easy access into central London.

The room was really nice, however, it was very hot during the night and the air conditioning didn't seem to be working. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable either. I think I would have been very disappointed if I'd paid the full room price, rather than the special offer price.

Very nice hotel with all facilities (fitness room, steam room) Very friendly staff members. Well situated. Breakfast is perfect ;-).

Wifi access will cost you a leg an maybe an arm too... The Imacs in the lobby are okay but Skype is not available. Time to enter the 21st century, guys !!! The pizza place down the street offers free wifi and Novotel doesn't ! The "full access" package they offer with blockbuster movies, music and internet access through the TV in the room is quite expensive (15 pounds/24 hours).

Other people have mentioned noise, but we didn't have a problem at all. The room was spotlessly clean and very light. The shower temperature and pressure was easily adjustable. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment. Greenwich to London Waterloo by train is 20 mins. Novotel is handy for the station. The location was good (right on the main highstreet, and 10-15 mins walk from the tourist hotspots). Wi-fi was free for 20 mins at a time in the lobby (though a little pricey in the rooms, so if you need internet take a dongle).

Would have preferred a later breakfast on Friday, the fire alarm flashed all through the night, the tv audio connection didn't work for the mp3 connection, the shower leaked quite a bit.
