When we found our room noisy due to its location (overlooking the forecourt of the train station) they did their utmost to find a solution. The hotel is about a 50 to 60 minutes journey from central London attractions.

The location, right next door to Greenwich DLR and Rail Station is perfect for getting to London City, London City Airport and Canary Wharf. The rooms were clean and the staff who helped me were very good. The gym is fairly light and open, albeit it has few pieces of equipment - just enough to keep people ticking along The breakfast was expensive (£16) so I didn't have any and the Steam Room was out of order. But because of the location this si a good choice, if at less than £100 during the business week. Over £115 per night this is overpriced, (as many hotels in London are)

Good location in the centre of Greenwich and very close to railway station providing good link to London. The staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable. The hotel was very close to the railway and we were disturbed by the noise of the trains pulling in and out of the station. The breakfast was expensive at £15 per person. You can get a full english breakfast for half the price at the Cafe Rouge which is only 5 minutes walk away.

The location just next to the overground and DLR. Loads of good eating places nearby. The meals are a bit pricey.

Freindly helpfull staff, left me alone to enjoy my stay in comfort. The electricity went out in my room for several minutes, I had just got out of the shower, and had to fumble around the room in pitch black to find the telephone to call for assistance, the duty manager then came up and flicked a fuse back on before nodding at me and returning down the hall. I was expecting an explanation, but I wasn't too concerned as everything else had been perfect.

Very friendly and helpfull staff (Thanks again)!! Good Breakfast. Please don't give to my review below 8. Hotel is largly ok. Just a small remark: Room is ok except that Toilet and Bathroom doors haven't a user friendly concept. Imagine that somebody feels badly in the toilet (room), nobody will be able to open the door towards the interior and all is too narrow. No "safety first" accordingly. If Hotel is fully booked, Parking places can be a problem.

The staff are incredibly helpful, pleasant and patient. Other hotel owners should spend a few days there to see customer service at its best. We had a great time and hope to return another time.

The hotel was modern and contemporary, staff where friendly and attentive. Facilities where very good and the rooms and public areas where clean. The hotel was easily accessible by the dlr and was within a shortly taxi journey of the o2. I would certainly use the hotel again when attending events at the o2.

This hotel is right by the Greenwich main train line and has easy access to the city you can be at Charing Cross within half an hour,Greenwich is a good place to visit for a short break with lots of historic buildings, the hotel itself is modern and well equiped with a nice bar and restaurant, car parking is secure on site and at £12 a day isnt too expensive for London, the room was of a good standard but could have done with a bit of an update.Overall a good hotel with friendly staff. Being picky, the bathroom towel rail was coming away from the wall, loose metal panels in the toilet ceiling made a clanging sound when you opened the toilet door, this didnt cause any issues during our stay, but if you put too much on the towel rail it might.

Good friendly staff. Clean rooms. Our main problem was that the main lights did not work properly. Despite a service engineer coming promptly, the main lights in Room 244 would not switch on and off properly. We were therefore unable to read!

The design of the room, the fact that we were checked-in even two hours before normal check-in time and we were even upgraded to an executive room. At breakfast we had the nice surprise to discover a fellow Romanian among the very professional staff - it was a nice surprise that she greeted us in our own language :) The breakfast selection was OK, but not so varied as I would have expected for a 4 stars hotel.
