Convenient for visiting The O2 via pleasant rides on DLT. The room cleaner was very helpful with our requests. Very basic, even for an executive room. Air con was inadequate and difficult to control, either too cold or too warm. |

The staff were very polite and proffessional, and the rooms were tidy and comfortable. Rooms were not warm regarding heating and the water was not that hot.Major issue was cost of parking. I came to a hotel for a break and found parking an additional cost and the price of a meal in hotel was overpriced. Also was informed that by paying additional £20 i had movies included, this was not the case. would i stay at this hotel again possibly not. |

Did not get a wake up call. Staff kept on saying they that 'the computer' made the call. As a result the cab driver had to wait (extra cost) and I almost missed the return flight to Amsterdam. Same applies for my collegue who was with me. |

Great staff at reception. Simple quick check in. Exactly what you expect from Novotel in terms of rooms and value for money. Beside train station so good access to London. Train tracks are immediately behind the hotel so I suppose those rooms must be noisy. Was not the case in my room though. |

Most of the staff were extremely friendly and very attentive towards our children. Considering it was breakfast time, the staff were very bright, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. I was pleasantly suprised, as the last few hotel stays in London haven't come close with regard the staff. The breakfast was very good and excellent broad range of food. We will be returning again with our children. Only minor things, like the air con in our room wasn't very powerful. |

The staff were without exception courteous and helpful at all times. Extremely good breakfast. The general ambience was relaxing and airy. Good use of space in the bedrooms. Unfortunately our room backed onto the railway line and platform. As the hotel was fully booked it was not possible to change rooms. Noise sensitive people should ask for a room away from the station. |

We were made very welcome. In particular, the restaurant staff were so warm and friendly. I liked the modern designs, ambience of the hotel and the warmth and kindness of the staff. It would be more comfortable to have sofas in the reception instead of the chairs. The colours in the bedroom were not as warm as reception. |

The staff were polite and helpful when asked. The location was very convenient to the train station and central Greenwich. The hotel was satisfactory. I did not try the restaurant, however, so my assessment is a bit incomplete. The room was advertised as 'executive' but it was clearly a normal room with a few 'extras' which did not seem like extras at all (except for having internet included, the rest seemed standard to me). The staff admitted this, when I asked. It was supposed to have an espresso machine (and did not). There was 'free' bottled water but only later at check out did they explain it was one small bottle per room (we were double occupancy). They wanted to charge me for the other waters but when I objected, they did not charge. I was ultimately satisfied with the hotel, but feel that the 'executive' label is somewhat misleading. |

Hotel staff was great, the hotel is next to a railway and DLR station which was great to go into the city, breakfast was huge and delicious, room's cleaning was perfect. There was very few shelves where we could put our clothes. Missing of WiFi -> internet on TV in the most of the cases is uncomfortable (and it is pricey at this hotel), we could not use our notebook to browse information during our stay. There is 2 computer in the lobby to use internet, but this solution is more uncomfortable. |

Very convenient for sight seeing Greenwich and within walking distance of stations on the DLR and railway. In the room the bed was firm and I particularly liked the walk-in shower. The in-room beverages provided were poor - no milk. |

Really excellent level of care within the room matched by an excellent breakfast range especially the fruit selection. Felt there was a pride in the hotel by the staff and this was reflected in happy guests. And in the excellent London Village of Greenwich! All-round a hotel I will be returning to - congratulations! |
