Improvement could be made on quality of breakfast

We liked the hotel very much, it was comfortable and clean.

Our toilet door did not shut, I should have mentioned this whilst we were staying in the hotel. Also the tea/coffee facilities were good, but we were not left enough milk only three on the last day.

The close vicinity to all transport.

Rooms are small and very little hanging space. Breakfast could have been better. Seemed to have been precooked and reheated. Need to go early to breakfast or insufficient staff to clear tables. All French staff. Area is run down and seedy.

Clean and easy to get to Greenwich or central London. We drove as we are not close to public transport and found the car park convenient and easy to get too.

problems at breakfast i.e. always having to ask for things i.e cereal bowls food (not replenished quickly) tables not cleared between courses, making little room to eat dirty plates strange not having washing facilities in toilet, much germ spreading via flush, door handle and light switch. Suggest if unable to put wash basin that you have steri gel fixed to wall so hands can be washed.

Clean modern well appointed and very close to Docklands light railway station and numerous bars and restaurants.

Quite pricey but guess that's normal for London.

The fact it was so accessible from the tube. Generally had a good stay.

No spa facilities, slightly far from central London but it wasn't too far.

Room was not warm enough

Exellent location if you travel by train - next building to the railway station. 5-10 min to most sightseeing sites in Greenwich. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Garage is convenient at reasonable cost (to Longon standards). Comfortable rooms. All novotel standards.

No free wifi in hotel, only 2 computers in the lobby, providing 20 min sessions for free. No parking, even in front of the hotel for unloading, so if you go be car - be aware and ask for the garage immediately. Garage is convenient at reasonable cost (to Longon standards) (this is not a complaint, just guidance)

The ideal location for all the sights on the south back - Greenwich and easy to get to via the tube from Kings Cross.
