The hotel is very closer to the greenwich Station, just 30 seconds walking, and is one of the best options if you want to go to the O2 ( over 30-40 minutes walking)---- El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de Greenwich, sólo 30 segundos andando y es una de las mejores opciones si quieres ir al O2 ( sobre 30 ó 40 minutos andando) Everything was ok, perhaps the buffet is a little bit poor... but just a little bit...Another thing is that you need at least 45 minutes to go to the center by light train----Todo estuvo bien, quizá el buffet es un poco pobre, pero sólo un poquito!. Otra cosa es que necesitas al menos 45 minutos para llegar al centro en el tren ligero. |

pues el servicio estuo muy bien la verda y todo muy limpio...el desayuno excelente y muy buena presencia en general, las habitaciones muy bonitas ademas del bano y la estacion a 5 pasos |

Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. El desayuno esta muy bien. Algo alejado del centro aunque es zona 2 hay que coger el tren dlr y la oyster no vale para este tren solo las travelcard. Aprox. 45Min para llegar al centro |

very good location near the DLR/railway station, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. yes, as a superior room the carpeting was really worn off, so it really did not match up with the comfort and the cleanliness of the room and that is a real pity. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to the train station - right next door and location was excellent as we were attending a wedding in Greenwich and flying in and out of Gatwick airport both of which were very easily accessible from the hotel. Breakfast was also very good. |

Brand new and very nice hotel, clean room, very nicely decorated and quiet. Excelent breakfast buffet. Close to the Greenwitch market and high quality resturants. |

Convenient for visiting The O2 via pleasant rides on DLT. The room cleaner was very helpful with our requests. Very basic, even for an executive room. Air con was inadequate and difficult to control, either too cold or too warm. |

The staff were very polite and proffessional, and the rooms were tidy and comfortable. Rooms were not warm regarding heating and the water was not that hot.Major issue was cost of parking. I came to a hotel for a break and found parking an additional cost and the price of a meal in hotel was overpriced. Also was informed that by paying additional £20 i had movies included, this was not the case. would i stay at this hotel again possibly not. |

Did not get a wake up call. Staff kept on saying they that 'the computer' made the call. As a result the cab driver had to wait (extra cost) and I almost missed the return flight to Amsterdam. Same applies for my collegue who was with me. |

Great staff at reception. Simple quick check in. Exactly what you expect from Novotel in terms of rooms and value for money. Beside train station so good access to London. Train tracks are immediately behind the hotel so I suppose those rooms must be noisy. Was not the case in my room though. |
