Novotel London Greenwich

Location is good: near DLR and sightseeing points.

Breakfast is not included.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to the train station - right next door and location was excellent as we were attending a wedding in Greenwich and flying in and out of Gatwick airport both of which were very easily accessible from the hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel was clean and the room was a good size.

I think you should be able to pre book the parking. Also when parking the staff should keep a record of peoples car registration details with the room number. we was blocked in the car park luckily somebody else moved allowing us to get out but one poor man was waiting from 7.45 am and was still there at 11 am and nobody knew whose car it was. This is unacceptable

Brand new and very nice hotel, clean room, very nicely decorated and quiet. Excelent breakfast buffet. Close to the Greenwitch market and high quality resturants.

Efficient, friendly staff. Comfortable, bright room. Handy for visiting my son who studies at Goldsmiths University.

Convenient for visiting The O2 via pleasant rides on DLT. The room cleaner was very helpful with our requests.

Very basic, even for an executive room. Air con was inadequate and difficult to control, either too cold or too warm.

Great breakfast and good location next to DLR and within walking distance from centre of Greenwich

Small pillow on bed not enough - too thin and couldn't get comfortable

Hotel was maintained to a high standard. The beds were very comfortable. Handy for the O2 just a short bus ride away.

Great staff at reception. Simple quick check in. Exactly what you expect from Novotel in terms of rooms and value for money. Beside train station so good access to London. Train tracks are immediately behind the hotel so I suppose those rooms must be noisy. Was not the case in my room though.

The breakfast was good - room was quiet, good view and nicely designed. Car parking was cheap

Some of the staff on reception were very helpful.

Most of the staff were extremely friendly and very attentive towards our children. Considering it was breakfast time, the staff were very bright, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. I was pleasantly suprised, as the last few hotel stays in London haven't come close with regard the staff. The breakfast was very good and excellent broad range of food. We will be returning again with our children.

Only minor things, like the air con in our room wasn't very powerful.

We were made very welcome. In particular, the restaurant staff were so warm and friendly. I liked the modern designs, ambience of the hotel and the warmth and kindness of the staff.

It would be more comfortable to have sofas in the reception instead of the chairs. The colours in the bedroom were not as warm as reception.
