very friendly staff who were helpful and knowledgeable about the area.Knew what they were doing Good bed space good lift great shower room.Good location room noise window opened onto noisy main street.Toilet v claustrophobic and no wash basin in it. |

The design of the rooms, particularly the bathroom. The view over Reading (we were on the 7th floor). The swimming pool and facitlities were excellent. The room was very spacious. The staff on reception were very polite, friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after we had checked out while we went shopping. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future. |

Smart, clean facilities with everything you need for a short break. Staff helpful. Stayed when it was hot - level 12, too hot, air con seemed inefficient. Quite a noisey location but I guess that cannot be helped! |

The hotel was in the perfect location for shopping, bars and enjoying an evening meal. It was very modern and clean. The facillities were excellent and breakfast was lovely. It was also lovely and quiet. |

The Hotel was centrally located and very close to the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the normal facilities you would expect in a city centre hotel. The only minor prolem was that the room was quite hot, but as the weather was exceptionally sunny, this is understandable!! |

The staff were very helpful. Parking for over 24 hours (Sat a.m until Sun afternoon) was very reasonably priced. Free use of TV was welcomed after a long, tiring day. Facilities great. More pillows needed, as we had to use sofa cushions which were small and not so comfortable |

It was quiet and well managed. I'd asked for extra pillows when I booked online and they were in the room ready. Felt very secure and yet is in the heart of the town. |
