Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, good standard of cleanliness and comfort and a handy location in Town Centre and close to Railway Station. We were not pre-warned that the Restauraunt was closed on Friday and Saturday evenings and we would have preferred real pillows, not cushions on the bed. |

Convenient location; staff were friendly, professional and helpful; well presented hotel; breakfast was delicious and we had thought only continental was included in our room rate but it was a bonus to have the choice of continental or full English at no extra cost! We found the bed a little uncomfortable. |

Even though the hotel is in the city we heard no traffic noise or noise from other residents. The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was great ! The car parking was safe and secure which was perfect. I would definetley go back. We didn't get chance to use the pool but it looked very tempting. |

Pretty much everything!staff was very friendly and breakfast was fantastic - first time ever I found vegetarian sausages at a buffet! Our key ran out after 2pm even though we weren't due to check out until 4pm |

Close proximity to town centre and shops. Rooms clean and comfortable. Leisure facilities good. Breakfast good. Great value at the price we paid. The double-glazing in our room was not sealed properly so some town centre noise at night. Room smelt somewhat of cigarettes. |

Good location.. 3 minutes walk from railway / bus station. Downtown location is really convinient for shopping and every day needs. quite small rooms. no good channel available to watch. I will always advise checking a good price bargain on the websites before buying. |

The staff were friendly & helpful, the room was a reasonable size with a queen bed & sofa bed, it was well equipped. There's a pool, steam room, sauna & gym in the basement. We had a last minute deal including breakfast & it was very good value for money. We would definitely stay again. |
