Good choice of food at breakfast. Able to go in and out of the car park. Air conditioning in room only had two options. Hot or cold. And it didnt work very well- Room was like a sauna all night. Received a wake up call which after asking was down for my room, when never requested one.

Location, leisure centre, breakfast Not being told that the dining room was closed to guests on Saturday evening and not being told that the bar was an option, for food.Difficult/impossible to get food service in the bar (mid evening Saturday night). Having to order and pay for breakfast the night before -we forgot the 2nd night!

Clean comfortable room with helpful staff Unable to book room on a different credit card then had to pay extra £50 on arrival (to be returned) as a deposit. Overly complex booking process which meant myself and my partner having to make multiple calls daily to try and rectify the situation. Staff were helpful but bound by company policy.

Friendly staff, lovely room -executive. Huge choice for breakfast, brought up to the room for an extra £3 - worth it. Excellent facilities and all round a very nice place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer! Would have liked to eat in the hotel restaurant but unfortunately it was a little too expensive. However loads of places to eat near by, great location.

Freindly, professional staff, all hours access. Safe in room not working. Requested to extend stay but cost for same room was triple what I originally paid! This lead to me not staying with you for extra time.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Reading town centre next to shops, clubs and bars as soon as you step out of the front door. Because of how central this hotel is I expected some noise, especially at the weekend but it was so quiet it felt like we were the only people in the hotel (although I know it was full!). The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The gym facilities and swimming pool were a welcome break at the end of the day. The price we paid for this room through booking.com made it exceptional value and we are already looking to stay again soon. The only down side for me was the parking which was extremely difficult to find, although very secure when you do find it. This is probably to be expected however due to the very central location of the hotel. There is an ncp car park available behind the hotel which is discounted to £10 for 24 hours for the hotel cliental.

Excellent loaction less than 5 min from Reading train station.. 1 min from the city walk ( city center). Good internet wirless inside the room The bed is not comfortable at all .. It is titled from the center. I would get back pain if i continue one more week. The TV channels has no varities i. e. no international channels.
