Lovely Hotel & well worth the £51.75 that we paid. The bar area was lovely. We didn't have breakfast but it was on offer for £13 per person. Parking was £10 per night which I didn't think was too bad as we only stayed for 1 night, obvioulsy becomes a little pricey if you are staying for longer. The Hotel is very close to the centre, just a 5 minutes walk to the pubs & shops.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff and facilities are fantastic, as are the rooms. The price of the hotel was well worth it and we would stay again.

The toilet took a while to fill up between flushes and this was a bit inconvenient.

we had an executive room which was spacious and had a second door before the lobby so it was really quiet, we liked the bathrobes and slippers.

Fire alarm at 6.00! Disorganized roll call after fire alarm. No hot breakfast and no explanation why (found out later there was a problem with water leak in kitchen)

Great location. Staff helpful.

First room was clean and tidy. Good value for money with a location that suited us very well. Was able to access internet through the tv although it was a bit of a tortuous process. Staff helped us send and important email from reception.

Air conditioning in the first room kept us awake all night with a low- level humming and vibration; we could not turn it off. We changed rooms ok the next day, much better, but cigarette burns on carpet. Staff on check out tried to charge us for mini-bar we hadn't used, but it was not a big issue

Room to hot despite turning heat off and having window open. Cold plates for cooked breakfast and know paper knapkins.

Only found one fault it was In the bath/shower there was some mouldy sealant that needed re-doing.
