Novotel Wolverhampton City Centre  

Everything. The Hotel was excellent and the Staff were very helpful. The atmosphere in the Hotel was relaxed and friendly, and the room was spacious and well appointed. I couldn't fault it.

I'd like to make a request. It would be helpful to have directions to the Hotel from the Railway Station - or even a city road map. I used the Google map on my phone, but it sent me all over the place, and a walk of 3 minutes took me 30 minutes.

Easy to find, very convenient for the City centre. Good secure car park. Hotel staff were very knowledgable about the local area and very helpful. Room was clean, big and comfortable, and a very good choice and quality of breakfast. A very pleasant stay, I would certainly use this hotel if I was visiting Wolverhampton or the surrounding area again.

The beds were very comfotable , bathroom clean , staff pleasant and courteous, breakfast good and location good( about 5 minutes walk from the station , 10minutes walk from town centre) I have previously stayed at a Novotel in Liverpool and based on that experience and also the location decided on the Novoltel in Wolverhampton . Once again a excellent hotel for the price.

The only small problem we had was that direction signs for the hotel where not very clear and we ended up walking around the whole of the hotel perimeter before we found the entrance.

Excellent staff, Rooms lovely and breakfast was brilliant.

Really close to the train station whitch was perfect due to the snow and bad weather

15 mins to check in. Tv new, but has an awful custom menu system. Very very slow. Same problems i had at novotel Liverpool.

nice bright rooms in which everything worked. the double glazing keeps all the traffic noise out so you get a good nights sleep. fridge in there to so you can relax with a cold drink.

it states the rooms have sat tv which is not true. it ain't even free view really. they seem to want to swipe your card alot too.

In general everything was fine. Rooms are a good size.

No complaints, however, the room fridge could be a little bigger.

Excellent facilities; staff helpful. Room very well equipped and comfortable. Shower was very modern and efficient. Lots of towels.This was a very good, simple, modern hotel

Bed was large- which was great- but the mattress seemed to be foam which gave no support to my back and meant that, every morning, I had an uncomfortable and stiff back for quite a while. TV was slow to respond and most TV and radio channels seemed to require a fee.I was taken aback that I had to pay for parking (although this was noted on the website and hotel details). I thought that the hotel should be able to bear the cost of parking given that guests have no other secure option when parking cars overnight

Service was excellent from reception to bar to restaurant. Good value for money too
