The location was excellent for my purposes of visiting the theatre. The rooms were very spacious and well designed. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful, with a great deal of choice.

Went for the evening races at Dunstall Park and loved the fact our bedroom was on the 3rd floor next to the premier resturant! Fabulous location,definitely stay again!

Got best price they do. 15 mins to check in. Tv new, but has an awful custom menu system. Very very slow. Same problems i had at novotel Liverpool.

Everything. The Hotel was excellent and the Staff were very helpful. The atmosphere in the Hotel was relaxed and friendly, and the room was spacious and well appointed. I couldn't fault it. I'd like to make a request. It would be helpful to have directions to the Hotel from the Railway Station - or even a city road map. I used the Google map on my phone, but it sent me all over the place, and a walk of 3 minutes took me 30 minutes.

nice bright rooms in which everything worked. the double glazing keeps all the traffic noise out so you get a good nights sleep. fridge in there to so you can relax with a cold drink. it states the rooms have sat tv which is not true. it ain't even free view really. they seem to want to swipe your card alot too.

Convenient location with good parking. Spacious and very comfortable accommodation. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for money. I'm sure that the breakfast would have been wonderful but I was put off from having it by the high cost. There did not appear to be a lower-cost 'continental' option.
