We arrived at night and the hotel was warm and welcoming.The public area was candlelit adding to the atmosphere. We had booked late and had to accept standard rooms, however these were quite adequate. The bathrooms were nicely presented and the shower excellent.The staff were friendly and very considerate. Having discovered No 10 we will use it again. |

Car parking was very convenient. Fast access by taxi to the centre of the town, We had to wait for the taxi more than half an hour. The price we had to pay was more than confirmed in the booking made by e-mail. |

This hotel is a hidden Gem in the Heart of Glasgow, the staff were excellent, the food very good and the rooms comfortable and clean. My only complaint is the rooms lack a mini bar, other than that perfect. |

Large comfortable bedroom. Warm and secure. Two small things. First, needs better lighting in the bedrooms for reading. The 'mood' lighting in the room was effective but no good for reading a book or magazine. Second, buy better quality toilet paper. the small, single thickness (or is that thinness) toilet paper was at odds with the great bathroom and money spent on the rooms. |

The hotel is conveniently placed for the city and for escaping to the coast.Staff really helpful. The hotel is in the process of being updated so views out the back not great. |

All the staff were brilliant and made us feel very welcome. William, Barbara and particularly Sarah's breakfast's in the morning were to die for.Nothing was ever a problem, all the staff were extremely helpful and we felt very welcome.No hesitation is saying "we'll be back". |
