Great view and location.
The bed was too soft.
Home from home just a short pleasant stroll from the city centre
Location & size of rooms
A beautiful building with a lovely view. Location was perfect, the room was a fair size and well equipped kitchen. Only downside for me was the small shower room, smaller kitchen and big shower room would tick every box. The room was spotless and the bedding smelt so fresh. Would come back again
We liked having the open space to sit at a table, and having a kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Good location, very comfortable, good find.
The stairs, we were a couple of flights up, not a huge problem. Entrance very tight, we missed the turning.
Fantastic location. Smart clean apartment, good kitchen facilities if required.
The only things we could say was don't expect a power shower, if your on the large size it will be a bit cramped. The mattress could do with being replaced soon as dipping a bit.
Easy walk to town centre Onsite parking All facilities and services for a comfortable stay
Room was compact
Easy, quiet walk to attractions of Bath. Lovely views. Small, but efficient bathroom. Easy check out.
Owner very nice, might be better as a Guest House, and get rid of kitchen and make the useless little bathroom bigger. Serve drinks and Light snacks.
TV didn't work. Very cold all night. Central heating didn't work, sudden drop in temperature in middle of August.Long walk out of town.
Location 10mins walk from city centre. Very clean throughout. Very quiet (we were at the back). Everything that we needed.
Bathroom bit small.
Lage, Einrichtung, und der Gartenzugang sind Top.
In der Küche fehlt es an einigen Utensilien.
The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The furniture very good quality. Large room, we had a conservatory at the side of our room, lovely to sit in the evening. The welcome was very good, we were told of all the attractions and how to get to the center of town, only a few minutes walk. Would recommend this apartment.
Nothing to say really, would have liked a bigger bathroom but when you look at the plan of the room you can see how it had been fitted into the space available.
Freedom to come and go and relax between doing stuff. Nicely furnished. Freindly welcome.
Nowhere to hang clothes which is ok for short stay but would be a pain if longer stay or dressing up posh
Everything! Started with a warm welcome, lovely comfortable room and a location close enough to the centre but far enough out to also be away from it all
The location and the size of the apartment.Pillows were so soft!would stay again and recommend.
lack of glasses and crockery, light bulbs out.just a little bit more attention to detail needed ,but good on the whole.
A beautful restored Georgian property.
Location Furnishings Facilities
Probably wouldn't recommend for children - it's too nice and difficult to fit a cot
The location was excellent with just a short walk into the centre of Bath. There was a wonderful view of the city over the Recreation Ground towards the Abbey from our room. It is a big positive that there is on-site parking although it is a little tight to get into and was not easy to see the entrance from the road as it is almost in line with the traffic lights. The bed was a good size and very comfortable.
The bathroom was very small and compact in the Buddha room we stayed in and the shower lacked a bit of power. There were not enough hangers in the wardrobe cupboard although there was plenty of room. The kitchen was adequate but as we did not prepare our own meals I am not sure how it would measure up if you did wish to cook for yourselves. The wi-fi was a little slow when we stayed.
The owner is a very accessible and accommodating person. Very welcoming and positive. The location is fine but a fair walk to the downtown area, so it is perfect if the weather is good!
The cleanliness of the place certainly needs attention. I found bugs in the carpet, toiletries of previous guests under the bed. The cutlery and crockery had stains. The mattresses were sunken in from use. The towels were not white, dry and crisp but rather grey and damp.
- room - bed - location - welcome - free parking - facilities for cooking/fridge if needed
- bathroom a wee bit small but perfectly functional
Spacious self catering two bedroom apartment with access to its own garden. Facilities were brilliant and I highly recommend it.
The accommodation was very comfortable. Made use of the kitchen to have breakfast at our own pace. Good views overlooking the sports ground. Quiet accommodation no noise from other guests.
The seagulls in Bath are really off putting they make one hell of a racket when about town. A cull is required. Oh the kitchen in our room didn't have any baking trays for the oven. It could do with some.
Aside from the central location, there wasn't much to recommend this.
This was a case of the accomodations being misrepresented from what they were billed. The room didn't have a king-sized bed and the kitchen didn't have the breakfast accoutrements as promised. Very disappointing.
