Very good location and comfortable.

A luxurious feel to the rooms, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was well kitted out and the bed was very comfortable. Just what you want for a couple of nights away. The view from the window, which looks out over a cricket pitch and Bath abbey, was beautiful, lovely for sitting eating and watching the world go by. Also it was quiet which you don't expect for a city centre apartment. I will be recommending this place to everyone!

There wasn't much crockery ie only two plates two bowls etc. although it is only for 2 people it would be nice not to have to wash up after each meal.

Super location to walk into Bath. Very comfortable and clean. Good small kitchen area to cook if required. We ate out for breakfast and dinner as there was so many lovely places in bath to choose from.

There is no staff, we were welcomed by the owner, given the keys and that's it. No other contact was made with anyone else. We were not able to reach the person at any time. It could have been better.

We felt in love with the garden and the rooms especially the living room and the bathroom. The place was so great that we didn't want to go sightseeing!

It was pretty far from the train station, rather 15-20 min walk rather than 10.

Lovely setting with view of abbey. Nice garden and generous and thoughtfully decorated apt. Beds very comfortable. Near sights of Bath.

One bathroom. No shower enclosure. No ice in freezer. A bit expensive for what we needed for two nights, but had features like a full kitchen where those staying longer would find value added.

Good sized room with kitchen - well equipped. Easy level 10 minute walk to the city centre.

The apartment is much bigger than the stated 30 sq meters. All rooms are spacious, with beautiful decoration. The best equipped kitchen I have ever seen in a hotel. I always cook when we travel, and that kitchen had everything I needed, including Le Creuset!

We loved out room, everything was fresh and clean and also it was nice that every effort was taken to make the room decor fit with the date of the house.

I can not say we did not like anything.

Facilities where spacious Bed was sumptuous Shower in en-suite was modern and worked well Location to town was within 10 minutes walk. TV & sky and wi-fi was good

Toilet seat had been replaced with a poor fitting one.

Our room was stunning, with a glass breakfast room attached. In an excellent location so close to the city.

The location The bed was lovely and soft and the kitchen was well equiped.. We stayed in the Atrium appartment and was really spacious. We would stay here again.

we satyed for 5 nights and would have liked our room to have been hoovered especially with a little one. We did ask the gentleman one day for a hoover to do it ourself but he said he would get the cleaners to do it..but that neve happened. No plug for razor or electric toothbrush in shower room.

Good place to stay within easy reach of city, parking free, pleasant clean accommodation, good cooking facilities. We have stayed before and have 2 other booking for this summer. Would recommend to others.

Bathroom is very small but that is not the owners fault. It does not detract from the accommodation. Wardrobe space restrictive but fine for short stays

Excellent location, just a short walk to all the sights. Comfortable and well decorated room with lovely views of Bath. Great garden which could be used in nice weather. Great free parking. Friendly staff.

Convenience of studio apartment. Walking distance to city centre. Rooms at rear would have a fabulous view of Bath Abbey.

On a busy main road with no double glazing - presumably because it is a period building.
