Difficult to find even with directions .Also I was booked into 2 bedroom ensuite but did not have that first night .They moved us on last 2 nights but no refund as apparently same cost So make sure you get upgraded to ensuite much bigger better and cleaner and apparently the same price as a much smaller apartment

Fantastic value for money (they were featured as discounted when I booked with them). I had a studio apartment but it was very spacious and well designed. Great little kitchen and bathroom. Simple check-in despite my arrival outside reception opening times, good communication from staff. Tescos Express directly downstairs. Very conveniently located.

Only that the windows don't open very wide at all (about 5cm). The fire alarms also went off at 9.30am on a Sunday morning which was super annoying as it was a false alarm, though I suppose this cannot be helped.

free wifi and free parking provied . Veery close to The Oracle. With a Texco express near the buliding.

A very good size apartment and well equiped with washing mashine, dish washer, fridge and freezer. Perfect for a family with children. My daughter and her family stayed in another flat and used all this facilities and therefore they could cut down on lugage and eat several meals in the apartment. Nice furniture very new and the whole flat resently decorated. Nice and quiet.

I told the receptionist that only one bulb worked in the bathroom but during the four days I stayed, it was never corrected. The bath tub is dangerous, no antislip at the bottom and no handrail. I felt very uncomfortable showering. The toweldryer is much to hot, big risk of getting burned.

We found the rooms in this hotel very clean,of a good size with plenty of space and quite comfortable.

On our arrival we found this property hard to find as the documents we had only listed the address as Crown Street Reading(no number)and the signage outside was almost non existant.The lift was not working during our stay(2 nights) fortunately we were only on the 1st floor,and some of the lights in the unit were not working.

Neat and clean apartment contained everything required. NOTE: 1. Reception is only staffed during business hours, so make sure to read and print the instructions sent by email in order to get access to the building if you arrive any other time 2. Car parking is tight, and often full.

1. Elevator was broken for most of my stay 2. Fire alarm went off one morning - no explanation ever provided 3. Dishwasher was not emptied prior to arrival, so some of the kitchen essentials were not easily found 4. TV remote was broken.

Everything is perfect and easy to walk to the shopping center. ( Oracle, Frazer and Debenham.)

Large lounge good. Tea and coffee provisions good. Ease of access and flexibility of key access well planned. Bedding clean and bathroom and kitchen clean.

Plug points in all the wrong places! Shower ran out of hot water very quickly. Walls scuffed and marked.

Very spacious family appartment with two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a combined living and dining room with integrated kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher, small oven, stove and a washing machine. For a trip to London we drove to Hounslow by car and then took the tube.

It's perfect for families with children! The fact that we could use a kithchen and washing machine/dryer was invaluable. Nice, clean and comfortable apartment with a spacious room where a cot could easily fit. We'll be back for sure.

The temperature was a bit too hot.

Loved the location, 5 minute walk to the Oracle and 10 minute walk to the train station. Also loved the fact that for the same price as a hotel we were able to have a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen, laundry, and living room.

The beds were hard.

The best about the apartments was the location, the oracle was walking distance and restaurants etc were close by.

Didn't get any reply when left voice message on their emergency number! Also there is bathroom light bulb needs to be changed and I couldn't shave because of lag of light on front of the bathroom mirror!

Location to trains and amenities. Quick walk to Reading train station and city center for shopping.

Poor design of bathroom. Needed an exhaust fan to remove steam from shower. Waiting for steam to clear on bathroom mirror added time to our morning. We couldn't open the bathroom door to remove steam as the smoke alarm was directly above the bathroom door in the hallway. We managed to set off the alarm from this once, and somebody in another apartment did also during our 7 day stay. Not very nice to wake up to at 6 am!!

Great design, comfort, facilities and finishes. Grocery store conveniently located on the corner of the block.

The lift was out of service until I checked out, and I was allocated to a room on the top floor.

The lovely lady at reception who always tried to be helpful in spite of problems with hotel services.

Location is great but it would seem the owners are trading on that fact. That is, they don't appear to be paying enough attention to the basics that are mandatory - E.g we had no hot water for two days!! Now I had read about water issues and a few other negative comments in previous reviews but because these appeared well balanced by good reviews, elected to stay at the apartments thinking issues with water could have been a one off. They obviously weren'T. Add to this the fact that the lift didn't work for the five nights we were there (we were on the top floor) and you can understand our frustration. A thorough and regular maintenance program would ensure basic necessities remain in working order and would lift the standard enormously. We are frequent travellers. All we expect is that services are comparable to price. Although the price was good in this instances, the apartments were not able to deliver even the most basic of necessities which detracted from the positives.

L'appartamento era molto pulito e con arredamento nuovo,ma sotto il letto abbiamo trovato dei vecchi calzini...di sicuro sono sfuggiti alle signore delle pulizia,ma bisogna fare attenzione!

kreeg 2 pers. appartement terwijl er gereserveerd was voor 4 personen. Kreeg reserve appartement 2 pers. erbij. Helaas geen gordijn voor raam en deurkruk niet gemaakt ondanks nadrukkelijk verzoek

The bed is just about ready to be replaced.

15 min walk to train station.lots of space.being able to cook your own meals.tesco store right next door to get supplies.

Make sure you get the codes to get in.as there was no reception there after certain times and weekends.great place to stay if you don't require anything from reception.
