v friendly hotel, staff gave good advice about where to visit etc, good location, excellent breakfast our room was small though comfortable and clean |

Friendly staff, lovely big clean room and en suite, very short walk to town, lovely breakfast with loads of choice, lots of local information. We also encountered a problem with payment due to credit cards which was dealt with quickly and smoothly with no hassels. Lovely experience all round. xx Quite expensive, and boring biscuits in room!! |

The feel of the place was homely as it was family run and the owners were very friendly. It was a good location to explore the city with the city centre, the crescent and some restaurants and bars all within walking distance. |

The proprietors were very friendly and couldnt do enough to help and advise us, particularly on what to see and do in the area and we picked up some good contacts for future breaks Only 2 very minor points. Parking was a bit tight, but at least there was some. Also, with quality very much the key objective, from breakfast ingredients to the toiletries, we were a bit disappointed with the rich tea biscuits in the room! Some Duchy of Cornwall/Farmhouse hand made or even home made products would be more in keeping with the general standard. |

Clean room and good food with welcoming hostess in a great location. Short walk to central Bath and sights. Bath is very difficult to drive so be sure and get great directions before you arrive. |

Very friendly staff. They were welcoming and were kind enough to provide maps and information about the local area. The rooms were way above expectations for a B&B and breakfast was good. |

Polite staff. Clean hotel. Ideally located for visiting Bath. Convenient (limited) parking. I had a front facing bedroom and the traffic noise from the main road was intolerable well into the night and from very early the next morning. |

all staff were very friendly and courteous and gave lots of advice of things to see and do. The breakfasts were very well laid out with lots of variety. It was unfortunate the weather was so cold which made the room cold. It would have been better to have had a duvet rather than blankets. |

Un acceuil extraordinairement chaleureux, des conseils avisés,des petits déjeuners très copieux et soignés. Un emplacement très commode pour visiter bath. Une place de parking (la demander par avance). Attention si vous avez le sommeil léger, spécifiez une chambre côté parc. Une route importante passe devant et il y a du traffic toute la nuit. Les chambres sont petites. Aussi, très drôle, le tuyau en caoutchouc ressemblant à un stéthoscope pour faire mélangeur pour la douche... |

La disponibilità e cortesia della famiglia che gestiva l'albergo (in realtà era familiare perchè le stanze erano 5/6), la pulizia e il confort delle stanze (anche se di dimensioni ridotte), la possibilità di connettersi ad internet tramite un loro PC che era a disposizione senza pagare nulla. posizione ottima: a pochi passi dal centro Essendo ubicato in una strada ad elevato transito di veicoli, le stanze che vi si affacciavano soffrivano del rumore, la finestra del bagno della nostra stanza non si chiudeva del tutto, il prezzo è veramente elevato (per questo ho scritto "equo" sul rapporto qualità/prezzo) e per questo motivo forse non lo raccomanderei |

Ein typisch englisches winziges Reihenhaus, wo man sozusagen auf dem Schoß der Familie sitzt. Sehr gutes Frühstück, vom Mann des Hauses gekocht. Die Frau des Hauses ist bemüht, jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen, auch wenn man selbst noch gar nicht weiß, dass man ihn hegt. Dabei entwickelt sie große Eigendynamik und man wird mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bath vertraut gemacht, was gut ist, wenn man es so will und Zeit für die umfangreiche Information hat. Das Zimmer war ruhig und völlig sauber, dass es klein ist, gehört bei so einem individuellen Quartier dazu. Entgegen anderen Bewertungen finden wir nicht, dass das Zentrum von Bath weit ist, es ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Durch den beengten Raum (Dachschräge) ist Duschen nicht möglich, sondern nur Baden -das mag am Namen des Ortes liegen :-) Spannteppiche im Bad/WC finden wir nicht zeitgemäß, obwohl sie absolut sauber und wie neu waren. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus erfordert Fahrkönnen und Geduld. Dafür, dass dort über 20 Liter Treibstoff aus unserem Tank gestohlen wurden, kann der Quartiergeber nichts, aber man sollte die Sicherheit der Gegenstände im geparkten Auto nicht überschätzen. |

Das Hotel ist sehr zenral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Hotelfühjrung geht sehr engagiert und motiviert vor. |
