Everything. It is located in a wonderful neighbourhood. beautifully manicured front and back yard and within easy walking distance of city centre. Hosts are dedicated to making stay the best it can be. Spacious rooms, generous and healthy breakfast and little extras like a small fridge outside the rooms with water bottles and milk for coffee/tea you can drink in your room. Solid wifi connection (not always the case in Derry) and well located for day trips. A real gem!

For once I can't find negatives!

Bob met us and helped with bags. We then had afternoon coffee. Room lovely décor.Karen and Bob most obliging. Lovely breakfast and garden. We were worried when we realised did not have ensuite but the bathroom next door was spacious and caused us no concern.

We were greeted by the hostess and after showing our room, she gave us information doubt touring in Derry/Londenderry, and we had some afternoon tea and cake at her wonderfully decorated dinning room. Our overall experience staying at her place was wonderful. The next day as suggested by the host, we parked our car near St. Columb's Park for free and walked through the Peace bridge and downtown. Derry was a great place to visit, and we would surely come back again in the future.

The owners were very helpful and have a beautiful house. The room is very comfy and well appointed and the bathroom was excellent. They provided a great and hearty breakfast.

A little way out of the city but the owners offered to drive us into the city for dinner.

Karen and Bob made our stay very special. They recommended an excellent restaurant and told us about a walking tour of Londonderry that was outstanding. We would definitely stay here if we have the opportunity to return to Londonderry.

I stayed while I was competing in the Marathon. The B&B was located 15 min walk from the city walls, across the Peace Bridge. Room was fantastic. Very clean, roomy, and fresh. The owners, Bob and Karen, were very friendly and welcoming. Had a great nights sleep. Bob made special arrangements for the marathon guests to have breakfast early. Plus he drove us all down to the start line that morning too. Couldn't ask for much more. See you next year....

The welcome and comfort were first class. The ease of getting into Derry, a short and very pleasant stroll via the Freedom Bridge, was outstanding.

Loved the room, had everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic. Felt really comfortable staying at this guesthouse. Definitely be returning again.

Only negative is that there is no sign outside the house to identify it is the correct place. Not really a negative about the stay though

More than a home from home - a luxury home from home! First-rate hospitality and comfort, exceptional attention to detail. Coffee and swiss roll on arrival, a vase of daffodils in the bedroom, and the best breakfast I've ever experienced anywhere in my travels.

The fact that I was only staying there for one night!
