The boiler was not working for two days in a row. Its summer time, meaning that it is bearable if you fancy a cold shower !!!! |

Hotel Ambiance and style, hotel staff, public areas comfort and style..and excellent location although translating in snobish prices as usual in London The room I was given for your price was under a 5 stars level, tiny with a ridicue small tv not a 190 £ value and surely not the rack price value..Only recommendable at very discounted prices |

Прельщает расположение отеля - тихая улица в достойной части Челси. Кругом множество зеленых частных садов и парков. Отель позиционирует себя как частный закрытый клуб-отель. Часто там проводятся вечеринки и встречи лондонской аристократии. Можно заказать Роллс Ройс или Бентли с водителем и это ни у кого не вызовет удивления. Номера, конечно же тесноваты. Завтрак тоже не отличается богатым ассортиментом, но подача и сервировка на очень высоком уровне. |

Prachtig overgedecoreerd hotel in het midden van Chelsea met een hoog "Absolutely Fabulous" gehalte. Ontbijt in restaurant is niet spannend. Room Service ontbijt is veel beter |

Atendimento, ambiência e localização (cada funcionário e cada espaço são extraordinários) Ampliar opções de frutas e pães do café da manhã. Buscar um café de mais qualidade (brasilerios tendem a ser mais exigentes com a qualidade do café). |
