Very disapponting.No hot water,no info in room,too hot no air con.TV did not work. Curtains and blinds a mess. Staff sullen. Have stayed regurlarly over 10 years used to be great. Now gone right off. They gave me 40% reduction on the bill but will not stay again. The management need to get a grip.

I liked nothing. It is a miserable, old fashioned relic of a time when buggy whips were a useful implement, I has the charm of a coal mine. One bulb in the bathroom for lighting. Two faucets instead of a mixing faucet. Primitive conditions and highly overpriced for a one star hotel.

no traffic noise. Clubby atmosphere. Nice and quiet.

This is a high class hotel. It has the tone and style of a club, quiet and kprivate and very good equipped.

The single room was tiny and the decor somewhat outdated and twee compared to the rest of the hotel

Overall a poor stay resulting in a complaint at reception on check out owing to noisy ventalation,a small dark room and worst of all a shower head that projected water upwards to the celing at the overhead ceiling spot lights ... shocking .. .. or it could of been!! Also some problems with corked wine which was not handled very well. However to be fair to the Receptionist she did knock off 20% from the room rate on my complaint but at £350.00 including Breakfast it does not offer value for money and I could have been electrocuted!!! We wont be rushing back ... David

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommende und ganz besonders um das Wohl unserer 4-jährigen Tochter bemüht. Man hat das Gefühl, nicht in einem Hotel zu wohnen, sondern privat bei Freunden. Sauberkeit und Preis-Niveau entsprechen dem englischen Standard. Bei der Auswahl von Restaurants für das Abendessen war man äußerst hilfsbereit, auch im Hinblick auf die Kinderfreundlichkeit.

Der gesamte Eindruck ist ein bißchen wie in einem Theater, man hat das Gefühl Sherlock Holmes kommt gleich um die Ecke. Von außen kaum zu erkennen aber sehr gute Lage im teuren Stadtteil Knightsbridge.

Unser Zimmer wurde nicht richtig warm, trotzdem Heizung warm war. Soll aber am englischen Altbau liegen.

Domage, Si il n'y avait pas eu l'absence totale d'eau chaude qui m'a un peu refroidi sur cet Hotel, je le conseillerai chaudement :) !!! Je regrette que le personnel de la réception n'y ait attache aucune importance ...
