Excellent food, well prepared. The chef even came out and spoke to us afterwards. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much for them. All had smiles on faces. I would rate this 10/10 and will stay there again. Its FAB!
Fabulous comfortable bed and pillows Could open windows and let the breeze through Tea making facility in room Fabulous deep bath Very peaceful yet close to all the action
Sensor light in bathroom has mind of its own Couldn't work out the bathroom TV Very minor things only.
We loved the food, plenty of choice at breakfast, and evening meal was lovely. The room was comfy especially the bed and the bathroom pure bliss. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and the hotel is spotless.,we would go back but a bit out of our normal price range, this visit was anniversary celebration,so we pushed the boat out.thankyou for a lovely stay.
The room was very warm even with the fan on all night, and the price is a bit out of our price range ..other than this we would love to go back.
Everything was superb as always
One word faultless
We loved the decor of the whole place, lovely intimate bar lounge area tastefully decorated with some beautiful touches. The room was absolutely exquisite. Wonderful decor, great bathroom with power shower that delivered! Loved the jaccuzi bath. The light switches were all remote controlled, it was just all jolly brilliant. I dont think I can remember the last time I had a breakfast so perfectly cooked.
Didn't like not spending enough time there, next time we'll stay a couple of nites!
There was nothing I didn't like. In Hotel accommodation it's perfect in every way, the food is excellent, the service wonderful , a great pleasure to be a guest in such a Quality Hotel
Stayed for two nights warm friendly greeting on arrival stayed in room 4 which was beautiful very modern and spotless. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff was even offered fresh milk for room. Good selection at breakfast which was extremely nice. Couldn't find any fault with this hotel can't even be really picky. This is one of the best we have stopped in deserves it 5 stars. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The staff were brilliant, really friendly and nothing was too much. Trouble. Room was immaculate with lovely touches such as the "survival box" which had bits and bobs in just in case you had forgotten anything. Breakfast was really tasty with a impressive selection to chose from. Would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pre ordering breakfast the evening before
Staff and feel of the hotel in general. Would definitely recommend and would go back.
Shame no twin rooms with sea views. The outlook from the room wasn't very nice at all.
Beautiful room and modern bathroom. Spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to perfection.
No telephone in room to contact reception.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were excellent and the beds very comfy. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast first class. Would stay again and have no problem recommending. Well done you put every effort into making a very pleasant stay and it works.
I think breakfast could be served until 10am especially at the weekend.
It was brilliant, very friendly staff and good big bath & comfy bed.
Breakfast was amazing but should have been until 10.
Everything was bang on. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if I go back to Blackpool.
Nothing not to like
Friendly efficient staff. Nice lounge and bar. Great food. Lovely photos in the dining room. Boutique feel to the place. Quiet end of town.
We liked the friendliness of all the staff, extremely helpful with information and recommendations for getting around Blackpool
Having to leave.
The attention to detail was second to none, the accommodation was luxurious & the breakfast perfectly cooked, thank you we will be back
The only slightly negative point was that the rooms were too warm but the fan helped.
The hotel was everything we'd hoped for for our stay. The staff were friendly, the facilities first class and the location nice and peaceful.
No iPhone docking station.
Gorgeous rooms the whole place is pristine couldn't of asked for anything more
comfy bed, nice bath, great food, friendly staff, nice and quiet, stones throw from tram and beach, stylish, popular with celebrities ...
Room clean ,bed really comfy ,breakfast the best we've had for a long time ,overall great value, staff really nicel
When asking for wine bucket & ice / glasses being told there was a corking charge, asking for ice on second night being told it was for guests buying drinks ,travelled all over world and never a problem ,all part of the service ... But seems to be a problem in this hotel ..
Where do I start... This is definitely one of , if not Thee nicest hotel I have stayed in blackpool. Not your average cheap n tacky budget hotel.. Gorgeous four postered bed with balcony and lovely views over blackpool. A gorgeous big tub to soak in also the staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back !!!
Leaving the next morning
Went to rod stewart concert so only stayed there one night, everything was spot on you couldn't fault anything, the owners made you very welcome. Will be staying there again brill !!!
Couldn't fault anything
Very welcoming staff. Lovely room good breakfast. Couldn't fault the hotel and would stay there again.
We stayed one night to attend the Rod Stewart concert as did all other guests. The dining room didn't open until 7 and bearing in mind the number of guests attending the concert I was surprised the hotel didn't open the dining room earlier for a pre concert meal. Think they missed an opportunity!
Very clean and comfortable, very helpful staff. Good location away from the "stag & hen" doo's.
There was nothing not to like, A bit expensive for a hotel in Blackpool and expensive bar prices
