le petit déjeuner est très copieux et le personnel très serviable l'hôtel calme se trouve à proximité du centre de la ville à environ 10 à 15 minutes à pied dans la suite que nous occupions au sous sol, nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir la fenêtre, ce qui a provoqué un sentiment de claustrophobie et la climatisation ne pouvez pas être réglée à notre convenance. |

charme,confort et calme à proximité du centre les photos dans les cadres sont surprenantes ,armoire un peu petite pour les cintres,le lavabo est peu pratique c'est plutot un lave main!!! |

Nous avons apprécié: la situation, l'environnement, l'attention et la serviabilité du personnel, le confort de la chambre, sa propreté, la qualité du service, le petit déjeuner, la décoration "exotique" très soignée. Bref rien à redire. |

Excellent déjeuner. Chambre décorée avec goût et avec très belle vue sur la ville. À proximité du Vieux Edinburgh. Parking relativement éloigné. Sur place, stationnement avec parcomètre et permis pour résidents seulement. Déçus de ne pas avoir vu les soldats de Terracotta. |

Location was reasonably central with a good selection of pubs and restaurants close by, staff were friendly and breakfast was fine but not outstanding. Building itself had a very grand setting and appearance. Overall was disappointed with the hotel. We were put into the new section of the hotel which is down the street about 2 doors. Our room was down in the basement and was small and very 'stuffy' with no air conditioning and limited natural light. We could have been staying in any basement flat in the city as it did not feel part of the hotel at all! This hotel is definately not 5 star a good 3 star would be as good in my experience. If they are going promote this they need to ensure that all the rooms meet this rating afterall this is why i chose this hotel due to its rating, overall disappointed. |

The room (suite) was fabulous - with a jacuzzi No fans or air-conditioning and windows did not open - on an extremely hot day. very uncomfortable at night |

Very comfortable bed and room. Room service was excellent - extremely efficient and friendly guy. Bathroom was too small - no space to keep toiletries! Lots of wasted space next to the jacuzzi too, which could have been better used to make a bigger washroom/wc/shower space. Also, was surprised that there was no mini-bar, which should be standard in a hotel of this quality. |

I stayed overnight at number ten with my husband and it was a lovely hotel and we would very much like to stay again in the future.We were given the Scott Suite and its was very comfortable.(although we didn't get the hang of the jacuzzi and how to work it! |

Staff was very kind' rooms are clean and the bath as very nice and comfortable. the ambiance of the hotel was good. Breakfast was moderate( not many choices). there is no lift at the hotel. And you can smell the menu at the restaurant in your room on the 3rd floor. |

Nice large room breakfast very nice close to town without the sounds of a busy city shower did not work well and leaked, bathroom sink was too small to wash in.... No small fridge and i would not class the hotel as five star! |

Excellent breakfast. Chatty, informative,entertaining night porter/barman. Jacuzzi superb. Reception staff were very helpful.Quite location. Not a five star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Poor ventilation in room/bathroom. Large TV with very limited channels to view.Far too expensive for what is in offer. Very poor manual for hotel services in room. Where was spa/gym advertised,located, sister hotel, where! |

Superb room, beautifully furnished, wonderful attentive staff and first-rate breakfasts. I could not fault this hotel in any way and warmly recommend it. Parking is a problem (as everywhere in central Edinburgh), but staff were very helpful in sorting this out. |
