Think there should have been more coffee sugar and milk only enough for 2 cups and maybe some biscuits
Comfortable, clean and friendly.
Difficulty finding the access road and somewhat difficult to exit on to a very busy road.
Appalling dinner put us off having breakfasts. Room next to kitchen extractor. No water power in taps or shower. Tv not opposite bed Mirror not infront of chair for makeup hair Bath deep and short No bath mat unless ask for it apparently Had to ask for hair dryer Parking competing with pub
The room was clean and comfortable. Had great amount of lights for 2 people to get ready in.
Only bad thing I have to say about the hotel is having to pay for wifi... The hotel room was expensive enough and having to pay an extra £3 for wifi was annoying, so I didn't have internet. I also had terrible signal in that location so that was also annoying.
Shower pressure dreadful Single bed narrow
Couldnt get anything to eat after nine pm.
Austere! Dark, dingy hallway. Hot water was a very slow trickle. Only gel soap, no bar soap. Very slippery (dangerous) bathtub.
The staff were very helpful .
Not being able to get on line in the beefeater or premier inn...
Rooms in very poor state, it needed to have been refurbished a long time ago
Tv's were great and the beds
Prefer walk in showers not baths n ideally an elevator
bed comfortable room good size
weak shower with poor thermostatic control. no hair dryer stingy tea coffee provisions partner restaurant was not great.
Comfy beds, great breakfast, clean. Central to all we needed.
Shower was noisy with poor water pressure.
the general look of the building
room was a bit to warm
everything……..very friendly and efficient service, good food and wine list.
Loved it all!
The comfortable family room. The cleanliness of the establishment.
The family rooms were upstairs a nightmare with a pushchair.
Staff were nice. Breakfast was good.
Rooms 5 & 6 need to be avoided. My employee who had room 5 spent the night with hids legs sticking out over the bed. Rooms were far too small. One night for the two of us with breakfast was £183. NOT value for money. Disappointing. Mentioned my displeasure to Receptionist on check out & she said "we know rooms are small they are getting re-furbished. That did not help our situation.
Staff Spacious rooms. Air conditioning
A bit too well worn in places Parking spaces too small for modern cars. Having to carry everything up stairs to the rooms.
Everything we had lots of our guests stay and everyone enjoyed it. They even accommodated our double decker bus to take guests to the church. Highly recommended.
Very comfortable ,staff very helpful we had a couple of nights and will be back later in the year .
Car park but we understand return is going on from next month please include the car park .
Location Gardens Friendly staff Good food Historical interest
Small bedroom windows make rooms quite dark Smallish rooms Decor needs freshening up
very friendly staff even when we came in back in after midnight ! asked for quiet room got it and a lovely view.
rooms slightly tired ,had been told by reception due to be refurbished soon ,but room was spotless
Quick and efficient booking and arrivals procedure.
Car park is terrible with very small parking spaces. Expect to get dings !! Also the staff forgot about me at breakfast and only took my order when I chased them up, although the breakfast was good.
This is an excellent Premier Inn. There is plenty of car parking, space to sit out and enjoy the sun, a play area for the children, comfy beds, spotlessly clean rooms, a plentiful supply of tea and coffee, helpful and very friendly staff...well done to all!
