The room was spacious and functional. Staff were helpful and polite.

The smoke alarm that has two red flashing lights attached is situated directly over the bed..why over the bed?? The restaurant (steakhouse/beefeater) needs to train staff in how to recognise a customer. I was seated at a table by a member of the restaurant team, only to be ignored by the waitress who told me that the section I was seated had no waitress as she hadn't turned up! (Not really my problem)

Bedding clean and a good nights sleep. Room facilities much better then some budget accommodation. Quiet. The towels where good quality and the room a nice temperature. The TV remote didn't work but who dares touch those things in hotels any way.

Car park very busy although we found a space quite near the accommodation entrance, could have been a nicer entrance as litter was prevalent. The bar and restaurant atmospher was depressing and we couldn't wait to get back to our room. Tried some food and it was ok but the restaurant was busy so one could only assum it was popular.

Friendly staff, restaurant and pub. Good location for visiting family, and shopping

Large clean and spacious rooms. With a play area and park for kids.

I thought the room was large and pleasant. After being refused use of room, we all gathered in the bedroom (all 28! - and dispersed at 2.30am. We were more than happy, but if I had not been part of this group I would have been very cross due to the noise generated by our revels.

We were going to a family party (reunion) in Attleborough and asked as it finished at 11.30pm, whether we (30 or so guests all staying in the hotel) could gather in a room downstairs to have a drink and a chat. We were told this was fine before we went out and shown where to go. When we arrived back we were told this was not possible. - See other box.

It is central to our requirements was clean.

Breakfast, was ok, but food was served on cold plates, tea/coffee, cups, fruit juice, water bread all had to be asked for. Toaster took forever, one man was swearing like mad! I stayed with well over 20 family members, so all the quantities for catering should have been anticipated, there was alot, of waiting for food etc

Realy good helpful staff at all times but especially our waitress, Vicky, on Saturday evening and Sue on reception.

Was told we would have Internet coverage at the premier inn, paid for or 30min free. This was not possible in our location within the hotel. I had need for this while staying. Very disappointed Breakfast Eggs not cooked, bacon, so hard you could not put a fork into it, staff not interested in our disserpointment.

Location for our needs, Beefeater on site, friendly staff, good food, overall a pleasant stay.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their faces. Always the first choice of hotel to use when travelling in that area. Mr and Mrs Wastell have managed the hotel brilliantly for a long time.

Very friendly, helpful staff, clean confortable room and good position for Nuneaton/Coventry. We got access to our room early which was excellent as we had travelled a long distance and needed to change for a wedding. We were with family(20 or so) all enjoyed their stay from cChildren to grand parents Very relaxed time, breakfast for 20 was no problem for the staff. .

Sinage to entrance from Roundabout not clear,and vision at access in and out of carpark was limited.

Location is easily found and is quiet

Fantastic value for what you pay,the best I have stayed in for a long time could not find any thing bad to say about the place, keep up the good work ,and thank you all for my stay.
