Great service, left alone to enjoy our time here, fantastic views and surroundings.

The location was good as it was off the beaten track and had the good access to other areas of interest.

Albeit the staff rating above was poor, that was not aimed at the breakfast staff. It was aimed at the owner Mrs Rolland who was extremely rude and accused us of spilling something in the room, thus attracting ants. The general cleanliness of the room did not lend itself to a 5 star rating.

People are very friendly and helpfull. This ex-farm house is on the edge of a small town overlooking the fields, but the big city Birmingham is only small drive away. Pls check directions before you go as it is difficult to find. The owner is available to help you in case you cannot find it.

This is a real B&B and ansolutely not a hotel. 5 Star rating is overrated, as the badroom & bedroom is 'home made' and lacking the standard you expect with 5 star rating.

The position was perfect, away from the centre of Tamworth. The breakfast and staff were excellent.

Nowhere to sit outside, but i'm sure if I had asked they would have helped.

In our room there were 4 light bulbs not working.

Very comfortable, beautifully laid out and eqipped room. On suite, modern facilities and plenty of coffee/tea, well presented. I felt pampered and the breakfast was superb. Thank you.

Oak Tree Farm has a lovely relaxed atmosphere and we were made very welcome. Staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. There is an extensive breakfast menu and all of it delicious.

If you follow Sat-Nav Route you will be guided down narrow country lanes. Speak to Hotel first and they will suggest alternative post code to local Pub, "thus avoiding the Lanes".

Lovely location, very helpfull friendly staff, breakfast super, room very clean, comfy and spacious.

The size of the room as we had a big dog and he had plenty of room to move about.

I did not like carpet in the toilet/bathroom. We were going to Crufts so had to be away early and they do not do early breakfast but we were given cereal to have in our room.

The hotel was located in a lovely village with a great pub about 5-10 mins walk away. The room was lovely and the bed amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Would definiately recommend this hotel and would certainly return.

Tastefully decorated room with everything you could want. Excellent breakfast with very friendly staff. Lovely situation in village overlooking river and close to a canal for a short walk along the river bank to the excellent Tame Otter pub.

Lovely area, room was great size well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast was great lots of variety and pretty much eat as much as you like. Staff very friendly too.
