Easy to find. Staff very helpful. Comfy bed and good breakfast, Would stay here again.

Flexibility of booking in rules, as we arrived 3 hours early to book in but as soon as the room had been cleaned the receptionist let us leave our bags in our rooms. Comfortable bed. Clean and crisp bed linen.

Disco does not go with the hotel. Does not inform you about this until end of booking form up until 2.00am when it ends everything shakes even the floors.Would not consider staying again in fact we cut short our stay because of this..

Being in a room (40) on the 2nd floor and next to council housing residents of the hotel. The noise and movement in the corridor outside my room was horrific all night, more than one door was open and television blasting out.

Shabby, needs a full refurbishment, seem to cream off the takings and to hell with the rest.

Asking for quiet room due to the very late live band in the bar area, we were pleased this request was accepted and suitable. You can actually hear the persons on either side in the room we we given (34) Nice fresh breakfast cooked to a good standard

The bathroom was very basic with mixer bath taps to a flexible shower head - almost impossible to get a suitable temperature for more that 45 seconds , so had to bathe instead.

The fact that someone listened to me when I called to confirm and made a note that I wanted a quiet room. When I arrived I was moved to a very quiet room and was refunded the difference. Thank you

At night the room was so cold and it took ages for the hot water to come out.

Big clean room, double bed, a single bed and a cot for the baby. Nice breakfast Typical 2* independent hotel.

No hot water in the room and no one to report this to outside of pub hours. There was a note saying that the problem with the water had be fixed and instructions on how to use the shower, but it still wasn't working.

For the price, it was clean, friendly and had Tea /Coffee etc. It's not the Ritz but for £65 was what it should be.

It was convenient for my visit and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good overall it was very good value for money.

The noise of the nightclub on the ground floor did not really bother me but I found the room extremely warm and wasn't able to turn the heating off.
