The room itself was spacious, very nicely furnished and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The grounds to the hotel are very nice. We have a complaint at the moment awaiting a response from the Manager as the shower in our room only had cold water when we arrived. It was fixed, but too late for us to use to get ready for the function we were attending at the hotel. Breakfast was understaffed and disappointing on this occasion which is a shame as we have stayed at this Hotel before without a problem. Hopefully this was just one of those occasions 'that did not go quite right' as it is really a very nice hotel and we would not want to put anybody off staying there. |

We liked the space of the room and the price of their carvary was great and tasted great too. As we went in October the room was quite cold as we did not have control of the room temperature and also as our room was in front of the car park you could hear all the cars coming and going and car alarms went off sometimes as well. Also on the Monday morning around 7am someone starting banging and doing work which sounded like it was just outside our door in the hall way :( |

We asked three waitresses for cutlery when they brought our dinner, we were brought cutlery 5 mins later at which point our food was cold. Mattress sagged in the middle. Carpet in the room needed a good hoover. There were hairs in the bath. Others in our party were disturbed by noise by the disco and also people in the car park around midnight. |

The only good thing about the Hotel is how close it was to Norwich Centre & the Pub/Restaurant opposite. The room was not how it was described. We chose the executive room as we wanted a romantic weekend, and thought we would be getting spa bath & garden views, as described on web site; however we got a room overlooking the car park & directly above the kitchen with a grotty standard bathroom which had a mouldy net curtain hanging at the window! When we questioned this with the manager we were then told that only 1 room had these facilities, that being the honeymoon suite, which was already booked. The room was certainly not worth the money we paid. We were extremely dissapointed and would certainly not consider returning, or recommending to anyone else! Also the breakfast we had gave my partner severe stomach pains for the rest of the day. |

It was a nice relaxing atmosphere and almost home from home. We attended a suprise party and this is oue second visit. Once again the food was great and we would come again. It was a little noisy due to our window poening on to a marquee and a wedding being on and then decided to go skinny dipping but they were Scottish and very drunk!! Also when I booked I did so on the internet and was offered the choice of smoking or non smoking so assumed I would be in one of the lodges which I would have prefered as I could have used the balcony. Of course there was no smoking in the hotel which we understand but the internet is misleading and should be looked at. I would like to book a lodge next time but could not find how to do this online, perhaps this could be made easier too, |

It was very convenient for the City Centre and the venue of the course my husband was attending that weekend. The food was of good value. The staff could have been a little more helpful/friendlier, we requested an early morning call which was overlooked. |

Evening Meal Room was small, bed was small, and the room was very very hot. Also, as there was a wedding party, loud music played until 12.10 am and then there was still talking and noise outside our room at 2.00 am. |
