Everything it's a beautiful hotel in excelant grounds we were very impressed and breakfast was very nice
We didn't find anything to dislike
Everything apart from pool temperature
The cosy bar, friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere. The customer service team at Oakley Court went out of their way to ensure that our stay was a special one and I want to thank them for making my husband's birthday a wonderful experience.
Helpful staff.pleasant comfortable environment. Excellent breakfast.
Scented air-freshener in Reception overpowering. unpleasant & Dangerous for those with chest/breathing difficulties?
Ambiance and welcome.
Heating in the room was set too high and no way to adjust.
The setting was wonderful, the staff were friendly the only issue was the wine was expensive
Location, atmospher , room
Staff were great and bar/ sitting room is nice
Showers had a mind of their own and buffet breakfast was a let down. (I'd have expected ability to order from a kitchen at this price band)
The staff were helpful.
If you will dine at the hotel, bear in mind that the options at the restaurant are very limited.
We were given a free upgrade to a superior room in the wing which had lovely views over the garden and the Thames. Really enjoyed our stay here and would like to come back again in warmer weather to enjoy the grounds and the river. Health suite with quiet swimming pool.
Although there is plenty parking most is situated behind the hotel and away from the entrance.
Amazing setting, felt very luxurious and stylish, beautiful building and gorgeous grounds. Spa was lovely too!
The room was very nice and spacious and the hotel facilities were highly comfortable
The wifi coverage wasn't great.
The building and grounds are beautiful, but are badly let down by the staff. The breakfast is very good.
We were glad to leave! The staff are largely young, nervous and inexperienced - "You alright, yeah?" was the usual way we were asked if we needed anything. Waiters walking around with shirts hanging out. The other guests didn't seem to fit the place either - one couple with their shoes off, feet up on the sofas, another couple kissing noisily in the lounge. In short, not an environment to relax in. The spa is very basic, and staffed by another teenager! Unsurprisingly, hygiene was poorly enforced. People were coming out of the sauna directly into the pool - yuk.
Open Fires Swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi Beautiful grounds River views Great Service Epic breakfast

Beautiful grounds, amazing staff, gorgeous room and exceptional service at all times.
New year's gala dinner (food and organisation)
Beautiful room, huge, comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Our check in was delayed for some hours at the hotel - not sure why - but after several hours wait we were up graded to a river side suite as compensation which was very much appreciated.
Delay in check in - we were told our room would be ready in an hour - 3 hours later we were still waiting.
I liked the service, room, location and food so much my family and I have decided to book for Christmas 2015.
Most US people we know talk about how expensive and terrible British hotels are. That is because they don't know where to go. Right outside London in Windsor is this gem. Grade II listed perfection. Accepts pets. Loves them, in fact.Gorgeous decor and environment. We've stayed here before and will again. Near Heathrow if that is important, but also near the M4 to access the M25 and just about anywhere.
