A very pleasant hotel lovely location we had a beautiful room which was twin bedded I would of preferred a double . The breakfast was very nice we did not have dinner here as we were at a celebration at Cliveden House. I would certainly stay here again . If I had to be picky when we went down to breakfast we were told to go into the bar where we could help ourselves to a tea or coffee and pastries as there were no tables available . I have never had to wait for a table for breakfast . There were 3 weddings there the day before. Also we went into the bar late on the Saturday afternoon I had a glass of champagne which was not served with any nibbles i asked and was bought some nuts gerkins and olives a small amount of each but these were charged and quite expensive these should be served as a matter of course .Most places serve nibbles when aperitifs are ordered .

The Hotel was very convenient for our visit to a restaurant close by.The staff were freindly and helpfull The Hotel has two wings of bedrooms which are more modern than the Main part of the Hotel so finding your room involves a little bit of a trek

Oakley Court is a very welcoming hotel,we went there for a wedding and it was excellently organised. We have stayed there before and were impressed by the facilities,so were very happy to return for this occasion.

Some of the staff, especially in the bar area were very helpful and friendly. The riverside country location is lovely. We stayed in one of the older parts of the hotel, room 404. Sound insulation from the room above was very poor. Not good when the person in that room got back at midnight and watched TV for an hour!

Fortunately I was only the one night! The hotel is in a very nice setting but hat is the only good thing you can say about it The staff didn't explain that my room was seperate to the hotel itself and let me wander round trying to find where I was staying. There was no cold water from the sink which I only discovered when I was going to bed, I was offered an alternative room but did not want to re-pack and move at 10.30pm! The shower would only produce cold water. Ia travel a lot on business and this is the worst hotel I have stayed in in the last twelve months. Definitely one to avoid - all show and no substance.

Me and twin stayed here for one night as I am a huge fan of the rocky horror show as soon as we arrived a very helpful receptionist showed us around any rocky horror show hot spots which was amazing our room was in one of the wings and it was lovely much more than we had expected the bed was huge and very comfortable the staff were all very helpful and polite and the standard of service just amazing! We felt so relaxed after our night there we are definitely going again!!!

The room was worth the extra to get the river view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool nice size. Windsor Castle and all boat trips within a 15/20 minute drive. Very well located.

It was an amazing hotel, beautiful grounds which were well kept. We had a river view which was perfect to enhance our relaxing weekend. Fascinating building, lots of interesting facts. Made use of the swimming pool and gym. The staff were attentive and very helpful.

The venue was beautiful and nice swimming pool, sauna and spa. The grounds were lovely along the river. The duty manager was very good and helpful as was the first aider when I was feeling ill. Overall, the service was excellent elsewhere in the hotel The breakfast staff were not very good or very helpful or friendly. They also forgot to bring my husbands tea over to him.

Wonderful 1st impressions Professional and friendly staff Comfortable and well appointed room Beautiful setting Good value We'd definitely return as and when the occasion presented itself. Breakfast at 10am was a little unorganised, perhaps due to a wedding(large amount of guests at one time), but I'd imagine they have to deal with many....

Booked at the last minute as an overnight stop for early flight from Heathrow Terminal 5 (approx 15 mins away). The setting for the hotel is so picturesque. Right on the River Thames, hotel looked like a small castle set in gorgeous grounds. We returned (unplanned) the night we got back to the uk and stayed again. Visited Windsor Castle the following day (10mins away) before making our way home to South Wales.

the rooms and setting are the best to have, the staff are the best trained and treat you very well Breakfast very poor for a five star hotel we went at 08.20 and some of the self service hot breakfast was stone cold the eggs and black pudding were warm rubber,

everything, the staff could not be friendlier, I have stayed here twice now and couldnt fault it. Young children are also treated with repsect I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The overall look of the hotel was fantastic and the rooms very comfortable. Within easy access to the centre of Windsor. I didnt think the food we had at lunchtime was very good and was very overPriced.

It is a beautiful looking hotel with lovely gardens, swimming and gym facilities. Food is great, however greatly over priced at the restaurant due to no other local choice available (nearest restaurant is 10mins by car or £18 return taxi trip). Hotel staff was friendly however very poor at service. If you arrive earlier be prepared to be not only told to wait for your room to prepared but also for all wedding guests (with weddings taking place every weekend) to be served first. Very disappointing, as we had to wait for 3 hours before we got to our room... Weekend breakfasts are very poor in service due to all the wedding guests having it, so again you have to wait to queue, alternative to have it brought to your room for £3.00. Which in our case was the only option to enjoy nice and quiet breakfast with each other. Also if you want a gown to wear after shower be ready to ask for it several times and wait for ridiculous excuses as to why you cannot have one. Apart from that we had a good stay.
