Rooms available from morning of arrival until end of departure day. Free ad secured parking during the stay. Easy to reach by car (highway). Easy to reach London using West Drayton station (a walk of 5') Rooms were rather small. |

The room I stayed was comfortable with nice shower room. The most appreciated was the everyday English breakfast prepared by them was really great! I loved it much! not at all. Only the location of the B&B is not that close to the city, may be it's located near the Heathrow Airport... but the train station is in walking distance.. so it's not really a big deal. |

I liked the responce of the proproetor to my email inquiries. you could here the person down the using his key in the lock. No one and nothing was avialable for the 7:00 breakfast. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful with queries. Not close to Gatwick, but 15 minutes from Heathrow. No private bathroom. |

The staff were friendly and helpful . It was quiet and the food was very good. My dog was welcome which was a priority to me. |

The breakfast was surprisingly good. Very thin walls. You could hear every sound. Much of the B&B appeared to be unfinished, and it was anyway two buildings joined together by roofing-over a passageway between them. Somehow it was impossible to tick any of the above boxes to classify this place. |

The bed was comfortable and it was well located for Heathrow There was very little water pressure which was unacceptable for a proper shower. There was no accommodation for breakfast before 7am (cereal/fruit could have been offered and left out since I had paid for it with my tariff). My flight was very early. |

Bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful about transportation, but I wish I had known that I could have gotten a bus when I arrived for 2 pounds as opposed to paying the taxi 11. I was informed by email just before I left of the number of my room. When I got to the hotel there was no staff, and I was embarrassed to enter the room and find someone lying on the bed. The room had been switched without leaving me any message. I then had to go to the pub next door to call the staff to find out what room I could enter. |

Service was excellent, very close to airport which is what we wanted, very accomadating staff and friendly. Shower/bathroom was too small, had to leave clothes on the floor as there was no hooks on the door. |

They provided me with directions to and from the B&B, using the city bus, which was easy from Heathrow. This was simply a place to stay the night and rest up before our flight home. We had good food about two blocks away at a pub. Our flight was so early we could not have the breakfast. I arrived at the hotel, and wanted to stow my bags at 10am, no one answered the door, I phoned the number that was on the door in case no one answered (so this may be the norm). The man I rang said he couldn't possibly be there for an hour and a half. I killed time, returned at 12:00, and still no one there to let us in. At checkin time, 2pm, we were able to get in. It made it difficult as we were leaving our rental at Heathrow, and fortunately the people next door at Six Bells were very helpful to let us stow our bags and use their phone. We did not have a phone to call the inn, and there were no working payphones anywhere to be found. At the Inn, later when I needed to make a call, I was informed I would need to go and buy a phone card. |

On arrival we were welcomed in and shown around where everything was and then made comfortable. We were given directions to some great sites and eating places. After staying in several hotels previously this was the only hotel to give us such a warm and friendly welcome. Thanks very much guys... |

The room was very clean and quiet and the breakfast was good. It was a close walk to several resturants/pubs. Close to Heathrow for either bus or taxi. The staff did not follow up with offers of more coffee. |
