The service was very good and the staff were most helpful. Free wi-fi Internet and the rooms were spotless. Breakfast was brilliant as i had to leave for the airport but it gave me enough time to have some breakfast. |

Was a nice hotel in a nice part of Harlow. Ideal for getting into London by train and places like Lakeside shopping. We had a really nice time, clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Would definately stay there again. |

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location is reasonably accessible to Stansted. Price is quite reasonable. Help with left luggage much appreciated. Plumbing in en-suite seemed to be in need of attention. |

The bed was comfy also had a fridge which was handy for drinks to cool and was better to have a mug than a cup for tea/coffee! Shower area was a bit small space also there was no breakfast open when I left around 9am |

There really was not anything to like We had to move rooms at 4am -to get some sleep. My niece got food poisoning from Chinese rstaurant and had to go home.No hot water, No breakfast Filthy stains on towels.I was told by locals this hotel is used primarily for asylum seekers and homeless families. Tatty, cheap and nasty - If you like being ripped off this is the place for you. I have sent letters to local health authority to take complaints further..I hope I have saved someone with these warnings. |

Accomodation was basic and had a tired appearance. The building also houses an Indain and a Chinese restaurant and it seems as f the hotel is almost a sideline, despite there being numerous rooms. At breakfast - having told receeption I would be there at 8am - I had to wait 10 minutes before staff appeared. Towel appeared to have old paint stains on it and shower head was heavily limescaled |

The hotel is good for 1 night stay maximum two nights. Very close to the National Rail Harlow Mill station. Probably a good choice for people from Stansted airport but one can also choose to travel with Stansted express direct to London. Nothing much to see around except of course London which is quite far off. |

Quiet, clean room, easy and free parking. The drainage in the bathroom/wetroom was not working properly so risked flooding into the bedroom. |

It has nice quiet little rooms, an acceptable breakfast, and is very close to the train station. Although the hotel offers an airport pick-up, we had to take a taxi to get there, because it didn't work out. There was no hot shower in the room. |
