Oatlands Park Hotel    

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the peaceful surroundings. The room , though small, was very comfortable. Breakfast in the lovely dining room was a pleasant experience. We would definitely stay at Oatlands Park again.

Character of the place. Not bland like some of the more modern hotels. Beautiful grounds to walk in and all staff wet friendly but professional

Being told it was an upgrade all paid for but it wasn't,as i have been there numerous times before and no it was the worst room i have had ,in the attic as i would describe it and to bang my head on the ceiling.Extractor fan never worked in bathroom.

Restaurant was not as nice as I had hoped. I think we were in a temporary location which was not as nice as the main room. This was slightly disappointing as that was the location I was expecting having used the place for a business venue in the past.

The grounds and the hotel were excellent with the view of the lake stunning. Comfort of fittings in the hotel really good and the rooms were really luxurious and the staff so helpful and friendly and really talkative.

How the manager handled my complaint

I am sorry to say nothing but I was rather an unhappy guest so I guess all I wanted to do was leave asap your staff were most helpfull trying there best to sort my problem

Good restaurant, lovely grounds, croquet, tennis, and short golf course. Easy to get to, ample parking.

Loved the grandeur, and look of the hotel and weel maintained grounds. Executive room was very large, loved the king-sized bed. The room had a sofa, and coffee table, but still left plenty of room for moving about.

The lift maybe a little out of date and the hotel may be showing a little wear, but these things are very minor.

Room was opposite stairwell: every one headed for the breakfast room or reception could be heard at all times of day/night - such a contrast with the lovely calm parkland setting. Bathroom was freezing cold and MUCH too small for 2 people (barely enough for one)!

Staff is just amazing and they treat guests in a very warm and professional way. Building is superb and everything works always perfectly.

Wifi should be accessible from any point in the building.

Excellent service , great food , complete relaxation , big clean room . Our 5th visit and we will be back
