Mayu the hostess made us feel very welcome from the start ,she went over and above board for us and is an absolute treasure .Breakfast was just enough ,you could have full English for extra but we didn't need it as there is more then enough for us for the free continental.Location is great ,about 27 min walk to the tower or tram 2 mins away.Mayu is just fantastic
