Polite and courteous staff, breakfast excellent. Good clean facilities In view of the hot weather a fan in the room would have been nice however this is just personal preference. There are large windows in the room |

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff were helpful, and the hotel represented value for money One main problem, which had not been made clear on previous reviews was the issue of it being not 'disability friendly'. I had thought this meant just the front steps, but although there was a lift to floors, there were rooms in between floors, which were accessed by steps. |

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast and it was nice to have a drink in the bar of an evening. There was entertainment on one evening of our stay who was very good. Once all the rooms have been refurbished the hotel will be of a very good standard. One very minor point, the en suite to our room was very small and it would have been nice to have had some complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel etc. |

Location Very mean about bathroom stuff - no shampoo, shower soap etc. Breakfast also a bit stingy - cereal buffet a joke! |

Shower head could have been a little higher, had to duck under it. Also net curtain was a little old. but generally room clean and comfortable. |

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was lovely. It was convenient for shops and theatre. It could have done with Freeview tv but we spent most of the time out anyway. |

Good location. Room a little small and basic but clean and comfortable. Was very cold outside but hotel room lovely and warm. Bathroom warm and nice hot shower. Breakfast good- lots of choice, pleasant and quick service. Only that there was not a shampoo and I forgot to pack some! Luckily there was a shop just around the corner. |

for what i paid, and from the information on the website i expected a higher standard of accomodation. It was very basic, and probably my worst B&B experience ever. |
