The staff were fantastic, really friendly, chatty and helpful. Food was incredible in the restaurant but the quirky decor and furniture were probably my favourite thing about this hotel.
The wifi was a bit iffy on the upper floors and the TV didn't work very well but neither of these really mattered.
Loved the relaxed Atmosphere
I love this hotel this are second year . Everything about it is amazing .
The wifi didn't work to good because a big wedding in .
this hotel is very quirky everytime you wander round you will see something different. right in the center of chester nearby parking which is discounted by the hotel. very friendly would highly recomend it.
The location of odd fellows is great and the shops, restaurants and sites are all a few mins walk away. The decor is funky and its a nice modern hotel with a contemporary edge.
Everything, staff first class, rooms amazing, better than some of the bigger named hotels in the biggest cities so My cannot fault this hotel
The whole hotel
Double baths and waterfall shower. Professional attitude the staff had the and place was lovely in a great location.
The lady said out loud the total cost to pay in front of my partner who's birthday treat it was. It would have been better if she would have said check the amount and enter pin etc. Nothing major but I remember that deflating me a little from my top mood.
Stunning split level penthouse apartment Lovely beer garden with outside heating for winter nights
Parking is in NCP car park around 200 meters from Hotel. Voucher provided by hotel reduces charge by 50%
The hotel itself is beautiful as to the rooms. Stylish
Not happy with the pre authorisation payment which im still waiting to go back into my account so for an £150 stay I have had £370 taken. The circle bed lovely but shame you can't lie in the centre as a big groove. The open plan room a little embarassing when you need the toilot in private. No hair dryer then waited an hour for one to arrive.
The quirky style of the hotel, friendly staff and great location.
Beautiful and interesting room, comfortable bed, satellite TV, great location in the middle of Chester.
Liked the design of the rooms, they were small but used the space well. Great decor & outdoor bar area.
The only thing I wasn't too sure about is the fact that the bathroom was in the corner of the room and had glass walls with part of the glass smoked so you couldn't see through all of it, but when you were lying in bed, you could see parts of someone sitting on the loo or showering, not great If you like a bit of privacy in the bathroom!!
Food and ambience.
Bed far too soft.
Great atmosphere friendly staff, great boutique decor comfy bed. Lovely layout. Location is ideal for shopping and eating would definitely recommend and stay again ;-)
Check out and check in could be better had to search for the door to check in no immediate signage or meet and greet. Also door to the bathroom doesn't give much privacy could be completely opaque.
Great location, lovely rooms, great restaurant and food.
Good location and a nice peaceful hotel.
Loved our room...the loft, with fantastic double shower. Great reception areas, with so much character, inside and on the terrace
The bed.....it was so uncomfortable, and to make matters worse the pillows and duvet were pretty bad too!
Beautiful room, great air conditioning (I like to sleep in a cool room and to able to control that is really nice), quiet, beautifully designed, great shower, comfortable bed. The whole experience was just superb. I was staying there on business but will return with my wife for leisure. Its great to stay in a really good hotel that isn't a chain and is well thought out (simple things like having a Nespresso machine in the room), free wifi and if you're in a hurry a continental breakfast snack to take away in a brown paper bag.
Very welcoming staff, unique style of property which makes you feel very at home. Will definitely be returning soon
I am writing I behalf of my parents, they absolutely loved it, they said staff were excellent and they even gave them a free upgrade as my mum struggles walking/going upstairs etc and the room they were initially given was on the top floor, seeing she wouldn't make it very easy they gave them a free upgrade! So they were over the moon!! Thank you for making their stay so wonderful!
They loved everything
Hotel was lovely, we didn't get the room we believed we booked. Your pictures are not correct, which left us very angry and disappointed. This trip was for our 1st Anniversary & was left upset as our room all the though was a loft suite wasn't anything special like the room we were led to believe we had. Sort it out my booking!!!
Your false advertising of rooms!! Description and photo of our room wasn't what we got...
Smart looking Good facilities (wifi, tv, drinks etc) Nifty design of room Excellent shower
No spoons/stirrers in drawer No milk in fridge (despite chap specifically saying there was when he took us into room) only minor quibbles though
Everything. The place is unreal and we can't recommend it highly enough. Quirky, cool and delivers for all tastes, and the rooms are fantastic. The bed is like "bed heaven" to quote my better half!
