Well attended to in all respects.

All the staff were superb, very friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was very centrally situated for all town facilities.

Nothing negative.

Staff were very helpful and quickly got to recognise me as a guest, unlike those in some chains I could mention. Room was comfortable and clean, quite well appointed, with bottled water as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Food was tasty and wel presented.

My room was quite small and the walls were pretty thin. I had earplugs and my neighbour was quiet so I got my beauty sleep, but there was significant noise breakthrough from next door.

Good location in the town centre, across the street from the theatre.

Liked everything!

I was in Arbroath to attend the Webster Theatre which was just across the road so location could not have been better.

My only criticism was that the hospitality tray did not include decaff. coffee.

Staff responded well to a request for a change of breakfast ingredients. Also accommodated us quickly for dinner after a late arrival.

Reception was in a busy restaurant and bar,not particularly conducive to dragging in cases and coats etc.

The Hotel was very modern and clean.Staff were very friendly,and Breakfast was excellent.We would certainly stay there again if ever in Arbroath.

The manager was very welcoming and helpful-he was informative about all facilities and organised a LOVELY meal for me!

We enjoyed everything about it. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were extremely helpful. We had a problem concerning transport and they helped us out of a difficult situation.

Central location. Staff very friendly and did everything they could to help.

Location in town centre. Staff very friendly & efficient. Room imaculate. Comfortable bed. Very hearty breakfast.

The location was just perfect, my partner and myself were attending a wedding so it ideal situation for the church.

the most we liked about the hotel was the privacy that we had and the hotel staff were very polite and helpful , also the food at the hotel was very good

Room a little compact and claustrophobic - one small window opening onto a wall. No parking nearby.

Very friendly staff who were happy to store our bicycles in the cellar. Good breakfast.

Location ---nothing else

It was over priced, breakfast was extremely greasy , health and hygene very poor Room was very hot and we could not fully open the window, lift did not work, we had a veiw of an ally, no parking onsite only at a poorly lit councel car park,I would of asked for a refund if I could have found a manager....would not stay again

The rooms were decorated and styled to a good level.This was very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was good,maybe a little bit more choice would be nice.

Everything was fine,maybe need to have a look at the water pressure when all the showers are running. Apart from that,it was very nice. A little more hotel information in the rooms would have been good.

Friendly, helpful staff and a very nice vegetarian breakfast (although I recommend they keep a wee packet of veggie sausages in the freezer for the odd awkward vegetarian that stays!) Nice, clean dinky room although a liitle overpriced at £90.

The staff are very helpful and considerate. The location, being in the centre of town is ideal for getting around.
