Location Staff Food Relaxed atmosphere
Hit and miss Wifi but not great issue
The staff were very friendly, it was very clean, hotel a bit dated evening meal was very nice and value for money
Friendly, clean great location nice meal
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They provided a travel cot with very late notice. The family room very spacious, comfortable and clean. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of staff who made sure a high chair for our toddler was in place for breakfast, and provided a straw for his glass at the table
Great location, clean with really friendly and helpful staff. A must try if visiting Pembrokeshire.
Location fine and having car park next to it was excellent as parking tricky in. St David's
Very thin walls so could hear other guests too well - including some very noisy guests in next room that kept us awake until 2am.
Kindness of staff Comfortable bed and room Decent breakfast Very central location with free parking. Pleasant garden area for coffees
No lift to upstairs. Dated decor Expensive bar foo
The central location and small front garden area overlooking the Square.Safe car parking.Spotless room.Excellent choice at Breakfast.
Tried to find something to dislike but happily I unable to find any fault with regard to my stay.
Position, staff, great breakfast, sitting in the garden with a beer watching the world go by.
Decor needs an upgrade, the constant sound of next doors bathroom fan. The bar lacked ambience stark lighting and Formica tables didn,t help
Self service area at breakfast was congested especially for the tables situated close by.
Good location, pleasant helpful staff. Very clean.
Poor range of evening meals. Utilitarian rather than luxurious in public areas. No lift available.
The room The friendly, helpful staff The delicious breakfasts The convenient position The very warm welcome
The thin wall which meant we could hear the snoring from next door!!
Tired and outdated, needs some major TLC. Could be turned into a great hotel with its location and grand original facade but decor is a bit bleak currently.
Disturbance free night even though in town centre. Convenience of hotel position Good choice on breakfast menu
Could feel mattresssprings! Would prefer breakfast times to be until 10 and hotel evacuation by 11
Friendly staff who went out of their way to assist. Rooms very clean and cleaned promptly each day. Room good size. Breakfast great selection, fresh and cooked to order.
Great location, everything clean and tidy, breakfast was good, overall a good place to stay.
Room was a little outdated, bit expensive.
Staff very helpful when I arrived soaking wet and put clothes in dryer. Good sized room .Every thing clean. Good breakfast and helpful waiter and barman.
Had to use the hotel dryer as electric towel rail in bathroom did not work. They tried to charge £ 3 for use of dryer until I pointed out their problem. The TV didn't work until staff changed batteries and I worked out which manual controls had been changed. There was no telephone in the room, just the book of instructions and rates which was a problem as no mobile reception. Some public rooms very bare.
Great location. Rooms very clean. Breakfast very good
Unpleasant musty smell in bedroom. Too many dogs allowed in some communal areas and rooms. Hotel needs to clarify its dog welcoming policy up front and whether it is only some rooms that have had dogs staying or all. Hotel lacks character and needs a great deal of TLC.
Especially like the breakfast in bed option, nice room, quiet, very nice and helpful/ friendly staff.
The location was really good. City centre close to shops and cafes. Breakfast was good but short time available 8-9:30
Staff were not very friendly. Checking out particualrly bad as didn't get eye contact, a thank you or smile. The docor was tired and public areas unwelcoming. No guests or non residents seemed to use the facility. Very expensive for the standard of service and facilities provided.
Central situation. In the heart of activity in a busy holiday scene. Beds were good. Food excellent and staff were well aware of the needs of a gluten free guest, for which much thanks.
Nothing to report on this scene.
Location situated perfectly in St. Davids good free wifi,
Poor wifi signal
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Assets are its great location in the middle of town, comfortable rooms with windows that opened well, a pleasant garden setting and off-road parking. Meals were excellent and staff very helpful. Value for money.
