Location was absolutely superb. Parked the car and didn't use it again until we left. |

Central location within Padstow right in the habour. Public parking is close by. Budget rooms are very small rooms. Access to these rooms is via many many narrow stairs. No lift. Staff was not too polite. |

The Old Custom House is a lovely building very close to the heart of Padstow. The room was comfortable and the breakfast service in particular was very good. As the building is very old, the windows rattled when windy or when just moving around the room. The hairdryer in the bathroom was not conveniently placed and was difficult to use. The toliet flush was not very either. The room / facilities therefore did not meet the expectations of 4 star accommodation, |

The position of the hotel is excellent and the breakfast in the restaurant was very good with good service We were not told that there would be karaoke going on right beneath our room. We had left home early in the morning and wanted an early night.Really do feel that we should have been told when we booked |

1) Excellent food at Pescadou Restaurant ; (2) Excellent view of harbour if your room is at the front; (3) Good room service : laundered a pair of shorts for me 1) fist visit had seaview, but 2nd time view of alleyway only ! |

The room and en-suite were spotless. We had a lovely breakfast. I like being private but also want assistance if need be and the hotel staff seemed to respect that and did check all was well and asked whether we needed anything. We had dinner in the Pescadou Restaurant which was lovely. |

The view from the bedroom, friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast choice and the general location of the hotel. The room was cold when I first went in, (which was fine after turning on the heating). This was mainly because the windows were not great and you could feel the air coming through them. You could also hear the noise from passers by and the pub. Decent double glazed windows should deal with some of these problems. |

The Hotel was in the center of Padstow so location was excellent, all the hotel staff were excellent and very helpful. The Bar was a little dated. |
