We received a warm welcome and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was an awesome spread that really set us up for the day. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Harrow-on-the-Hill is a very pretty location.
There were problems with the wifi due to the storm, but the staff were very apologetic and kept us posted on repairs.
value for money and great hotel.
The hotel is in a peaceful part of London, like a village.and not too far from Harrow-On -The-Hill tube station.
The room was not very clean, with dirty curtains and marks on the wall.It was also quite noisy with traffic all night.
Beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms very small. I believe the rooms were overpriced for the overall condition of the building.
The restaurant, maitre d' and waiter
Room 12 at the top of the hotel was lovely. All the facilities that we needed. Staff were lovely. The room was clean and so comfortable. The choice at breakfast was extensive. We really enjoyed out stay and wished we had booked longer. It was perfect for the 2 of us.
we liked everything so are unable to fill this box out.
Small and pleasant hotel with nice restaurant. Great location for the school, college and Hospital
Difficult to park, but that is often the case
Rooms very clean and food lovely
room too small
Breakfirst is very good.
The location is superb for the School and Northwick Park Hospital. All walking distance. There is a good local Fullers pub on the next road and plenty of choice for eating. The hotel has a very pleasant restaurant with lovely views.
There is no parking adjacent. It is on the high street so some may find it noisy. I did not mind.
ROOM NO 12 IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED,IT IS IN THE LOFT. BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD,STAFF AND CLEALINESS ALSO VERY GOOD,
Room very clean, modern and tidy same with restaurant and bar. Staff were very friendly and is about 10-15 minute walk down to the town centre and train station. It's set in a very nice area too would most certainly recommend and great value for money.
Nothing it was a lot better than I expected for the money.
Good comfortable rooms with nice view. Friendly staff, good wifi, good breakfast. Free street parking outside. 5 minutes walk to the underground, 30 minutes to central London. Good value for money compared to many rundown central London hotels.
staff were nice breakfast lots of choice
not alot of parking around the area
good sized room a bit quirky but ideal for 1 night or a couple of nights Restaurant downstairs was excellent eat in the Italian but the French one next door looked good as well Continental breakfast included and a good selection
every thing was fine, but parking could be a bit of a problem finding a space on the nearby streets
The location great for london tube 5 mins away and only 30 mins into centre no hassle. Lovely place easy to find from yorkshire, comfortable rooms lovely clean excellent breakfast, late check out brilliant! Really helpful staff we booked again for august! Would recommend to anyone wanting to commute into London but not be in the centre of everything nice to escape after a busy sightseeing day,
I can t think if anything I did nt like only wish we d used this hotel before!
Used to live close to 'hotel' eating many evenings at restaurant. Room spacious with lovely views to the west and very well appointed. Room however could do with some redecoration.
Transport and shops 15 minutes walk away. Neighborhood and everything about food: the basket of drinks and biscuits in the room, breakfast and the restaurant menu.
- I thought I had booked a 3 * hotel as stated but in fact it is an ordinary B & B. - The reception is a table in the restaurant that was closed when I arrived. Another customer was waiting and we had to wait 20 minutes. - Not easy to find because the street names are not always mentioned. If luggage, better take the bus at Harrow station (228 & H17) because there are 15 minutes walk uphill. - Uncomfortable bed spring that shakes at the passage of certain vehicles. - Daylight in the room from 5am because store incomplete. - Sudden awakening at 9:20 am by the maid who wanted to make the room - Breakfast only until 9am on weekdays. -Wi-fi very slow
the location was good.
Could do with a bit updating, the rooms were very small and the shower room was tiny.
friendly .clean and nice place to be .
Area is lovely Hotel is nice and homely Great breakfast, lots of choice Comfy bed
I managed to find the area from walking from the tube station but found it difficult to locate the hotel itself as it is quite discreet. Although choice of breakfast was fab, a serving trolley with a cover would be ideal due to flies landing on the food.
Super location. Really helpful staff.
Half used bottles of shower gel and soap plus bad mildew around bathroom tiles
The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room immaculate and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a very convenient place and nice surroundings. The breakfast was excellent. Really nice.
It was initially tricky to find where we needed to book in, but all resolved in a matter of minutes.
This Hotel was in a great location in relation to Wembley stadium where my daughter was travelling to see a band for the evening. Tubes and buses were easily accessible. The staff were all very nice and our rooms were very comfortable. The restaurant attached was a bonus and well worth a visit.
The hotel was very convenient for my trip to Wembley. The room was fairly small but clean, as was the ensuite, which had a fairly good shower.. Good hospitality tray in the room. Comfortable beds with very clean smelling linen and a matress protector.
No indication on the outside of the building of where to get in and check in. Staff member that first met us did not initially seem very friendly and welcoming, although later was perfectly fine after check in. Decor throughout a little 'tired'. Despite the room check out time being given as 12.00, I was asked by one of the cleaning staff(who looked a bit hassled) at 10.00 when leaving breakfast , when I would be going from my room and then felt quite pressurised to hurry up, pack and leave, especially as I could hear her cleaning out the other rooms on the floor. As I had technically paid until 12.00, I did not appreciate this.
