Restaurant staff were accomadating for our timings
Cleaning staff very noisy when outside our room. Also lots of loud music from the restaurant mid afternoon.
The location and the restaurant downstairs were excellent. I really enjoyed the picturesque location and the food was really well prepared.
thin walls meant that I could hear the person snoring in the adjacent room. The wind was strong that night and the windows rattle on the landing.
The location is great. The restaurant does lovely evening meals and the staff are so friendly
Bedroom a little small and entry complicated
Central location and pleasant atmosphere
Parking difficult and breakfast was continental and strange fare.
Tea, coffee making facilities were good (supplied biscuits, hot chocolate etc.)
Bedroom too hot -unable to open window. Decor in need of updating
Loved the staff and the customer service provided. Rooms were beautiful
Hot water in the shower wasn't working but to be fair we didn't inform anyone. Had we told staff this could have been resolved
Position of the hotel was good.
The walls were so thin I could hear the conversation next door plus the annoying snoring all night! It was like the person was in MY room :(. Bathroom was very small. The room needed refurbishment.
the lovely owner who was so welcoming
the breakfast, no jam or marmalade and inattentive girls
Room and little extra comforts provided foc Location breakfast
Nothing really, check in a little difficult in with the diners and the waiters but it did not detract.
An enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a lovely area. The hotel was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. I would definitely stay again
Location is great for hospitals and colleges. The restaurant is good and has a wide choice on the dinner menu. The breakfast is buffet, but with better selection than most.
Staff were excellent. Extremely helpful and friendly.
The WiFi didn't work very well in the room.
Pleasant atmosphere with good buffet breakfast
Delay in gaining entry to the hotel.
The location combined with the quality of food is a superb combination. To top it off i slept as though i was ar my old aunts ...glorious.
Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and adequate if all you are looking for is somewhere to sleep. Breakfast had enough variety.
A bit pricey for what it is but I guess compared to other places is relatively good value. No double glazing though and it is located on a busy road so make sure you bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper!
Pleasant immediately helpful staff . Good continental breakfast and locally recommended restaurant. Excellent location .
Roadside room was a little noisy due to passing traffic Some window fittings needed attention.
Decent location. Nice little hotel with decent facilities and a lovely view from the top of the hill. Comfy bed too. Staff we're friendly. I'd happily visit again.
Not being able to smoke
Close - indeed amid - Harrow School. Excellent if you are visiting this establishment. On top of the Hill, so good views of NW Middlesex out to Northwood/Pinner, and west to Oxfordshire. Good restaurant under the B&B.
Nothing really. It's a good 3* B&B.
I have stayed a few times, always good. The restaurant does lovely food and has a nice outdoor terrace.
We received a warm welcome and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was an awesome spread that really set us up for the day. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Harrow-on-the-Hill is a very pretty location.
There were problems with the wifi due to the storm, but the staff were very apologetic and kept us posted on repairs.
value for money and great hotel.
The hotel is in a peaceful part of London, like a village.and not too far from Harrow-On -The-Hill tube station.
The room was not very clean, with dirty curtains and marks on the wall.It was also quite noisy with traffic all night.
Beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms very small. I believe the rooms were overpriced for the overall condition of the building.
Location in centre of Harrow on the Hill was ideal for us visiting. The choices at breakfast were excellent. Comfortable beds. Our room was clean and nicely decorated.
We had to telephone to gain entry into the hotel and was shown down a narrow staircase to our basement room which smelt very damp. It backed straight onto the street so was rather noisy. The shower screen had no seal so floor got soaked, we felt a bit closed in with no opening window and lots of condensation (probably the reasons why there was a damp smell)
