Very clean and comfortable bed. Staff very friendly - we were made very welcome.
the room was quite small and we had to walk around a staircase which gave access to a mezzanine floor.
The warm welcome, cleanliness , freedom to go in and get ready for the afternoon wedding we were there for . With family in the area will definitely use again. We all felt as if we were old friends and enjoyed our stay. Great value.
Bedroom on the small side , but do remember the price .if we had stayed at the wedding venue it was £230 per night ! ! So it's only fair to judge like with like --
Comfy beds, nice bathroom, excellent breakfast
Strong winds and heavy rain may have affected the reception on TV/freesat - kept losing picture/ sound
Friendly couple. They allowed us to check in early and we found them helpful. Parking was no problem. Very clean room.
Warm welcome, freshly cooked breakfast
Very small room, (would not be good for two people), scuffed walls and furniture, needed a bit of updating, poor wifi in room 1
Breakfast well presented. Very helpfull owners
Friendly and helpful hosts who made us feel very welcome.
No negatives will stay again if in area.
Location was close to where we wanted
Can't think of anything
The Couple that own Old Greasby House was wonderful!!!
Friendly welcome from UITE activist and Liverpool FC fan - what more could you want ?
We couldn't of possibly wished for better hosts than Jan and Ian . They really made us feel at home and make our stay in Liverpool even more pleasurable .
Staff were very attentive. The bed was also very comfortable.
The room I stayed in was quite small, however it was more than adequate for what I required with being on my own.
Owners welcoming. Room very small yet adequate for a short stay. Shower was wonderful, bathroom clean. Beds (twin) were comfy.
Needs to take wall down to driveway, as a lot of cars would struggle, also terrible blind spot going onto the main road. We enjoyed male owner, but he is rough and ready and would clash with posh people.
The owners, Jan & Ian, made me feel so welcome. it was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The place was good, breakfast was great (they were so flexible). Bed very comfortable.
Space to do work in the room - just a comment/observation. HOWEVER it was possible to go to the breakfast room, to positive saw more people and very easy to work. No other negative points.
Well looked after ....couldn't fault it. : )
Lovely and clean Very friendly welcome Relaxed atmosphere Well-laid out Good breakfast
Breakfast portions were a bit small!
The owners were very friendly and more than happy to help
Room was very cold heating was only on for a couple of hours in the morning and at night we had to ask to have the heating turned up
Very welcoming and a friendly atmosphere with Jan and Ian and the other guests as well throughout our stay. Very clean and very accomodating.
It was an excellent location for the purposes of our stay.
cleanliness and location
Poky room, weak shower, no proper coffee, cold mock wood floors in bedroom
Friendly first class welcome enjoyed our short stay
The friendly welcome and company
Having to leave

Very comfortable and welcoming B&B, great breakfast, wi-fi that works :)
