We found the Old Parsonage to be a superbly renovated luxury accommodation with very accommodating friendly hosts. Furnishings and bedding was of a high standard.

Jo and Tim the owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The rooms were spacious,light, airy and beautifully furnished. There was an excellent choice of food at breakfast.

My husband felt the portions for the full English breakfast were a little small.

Excellent family room with a twin room separate but attached to the double room. Really good quality finish to the roomsthat were very comfortable added to all this was a very friendly welcome.

Excellent rooms, light and big! Very nice staff, beds are comfortable and warm.

At 9-00 pm heating was switched off and we could not have a shower (no hot water).

The family room is 2 rooms - one double, and a twin. The rooms are separated so you are not all together in one room. The owners are fantastically welcoming and the breakfast excellent. The house has been recently refurbished and is all done to a very high standard.

Breakfast in the morning was cooked on demand and to your liking, plenty to eat including cereals, hot croissant, juice and fruit. Bed was comfy, owners nice, good location for longleat and cheddar gorge, loved it.

Jo and Tim are very attentive hosts, extremely helpful, and friendly and approachable. They have appointed Old Parsonage House to a very high standard and the breakfast was to a high quality and good quantity. It was a pleasure to stay with them.

Lovely finish to rooms without any clutter.

The accommodation was beautifully presented and very clean. We were really impressed with the size of our room and the quality of the ensuite shower room. We were given a warm welcome upon arrival and the owners were extremely polite and friendly throughout our stay. They have obviously put a lot of time and thought into how to make your stay at the Old Parsonage House as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfast was of an excellent standard and there was a good variety available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this B&B to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

Very comfortable beds and large bedrooms, peace and quiet. Very kind and lovely people.

If anything needs to be mentioned, it would be perfect with a lounge or reading room to relax on a comfy sofa or have a drink before dinner, but is not an hotel so I guess its fine as it is.

Old parsonage House is not a hotel - it is a very well appointed Bed & Breakfast. The owners - a delightful couple - were the only staff and made us very welcome and comfortable. We only stayed one night on the way to Cornwall, but would be very happy to go again for a longer stay. It is very quiet and peaceful

Very very nice place. We liked it a lot, all was perfect. The room was a very good size, quite spacious, clean and light, with a nice cosy bed, a big wardrobe and nice dressing table. Very nice breakfast individually served. Nice and kind hosting couple.

Wish the TV could be larger. Usually we don't watch TV in the hotels but this time we wanted to watch X-Factor and due to a large room size and that TV was in a decent distance from the bed - there was a wish to sit closer to the TV to see better.
