Si ,fuimos bien atendidos.Es un hotel muy antiguo,ahi se hospedo Oscar Wide,pero los habitaciones y baños limpios. buen desayuno.Para nos. los latinos algo caro de precio.

Todo. La ubicación, el personal, el ambiente, las habitaciones. Una terraza magnifica i muy bien situado.

Me ha gustado todo.

Es una pequeña joya de hotel boutique en una casa del siglo xvii. Una estancia absolutamente deliciosa, altamente recomendable. Excelente opción para quedarse en Oxford

bathroom: tube had no mat, and was both slippery, and a bit of a step down to the floor outside: dangerous, especially to older people.

This hotel was booked because of pictures on the website: such as the old door and hinges, flanked by 2 potted shrubs. Also photos of the room, restaurant and the write up for Oxford.

The professional and extremely personable staff, the location and the most delightful environs were all exemplary. our stay at the Old Parsonage was memorable and so enjoyable.

Not a thing. it was all good!

The hotel was charming and inviting. The location was perfect for us. I was traveling with my daughter visiting another child that is taking a gap year and is in the Oxford Tutorial College. she was able to get to us and we got around the town wonderfully. The staff were all helpful and informative. The environment was cozy and warm which was greatly appreciated because the weather was chilly and wet. Would definitely recommend to others.

Non functioning WiFi throughout my 1 night stay i.e. 14 hours without service.

A lovely building, well furnished, comfortable, excellent service, friendly welcome, good breakfast choice, nice dinner excellent choices, I was happy there and slept well.

Messy breakfast connections to the pay desk. Had to wait for them to find out if I had even had breakfast. it was all a bit expensive at 218 quid for a sleep. Plus another 14 each for a bacon and egg! It was a treat but could have been 50 quid cheaper. Cleaners were rubbing the brass on the door next to us as we ate.Smell of Brasso added to the hot Oxford Sauce . The bathroom floor was positively dangerous when you put a floor mat on it. nearly went over. Bad if you are 76 years old with a hip!. Still we had a very nice stay. Would do it again for a treat but not very often because it is pricey

Location

Staff at the reception when we arrived after a long flight were pretty unwelcoming and abrupt. We had to assist 2 women staff carry our heavy luggage up back stairs to our room . There was no one to assist except the receptionist who was a young woman. The hotel is over priced. Breakfast was not included we were told because 'you booked through booking.com' . At the price we were paying it seemed ridiculous not to include breakfast due to using your booking site. Very petty and won't be back

The staff and the atmpshere in the hotel was very relaxed and professional. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

i would have liked our room in the old part of the hotel to be slightly more contemporary without losing its character. We had heavy red curtains at the windows which i wasn't very keen on - but that's just a personal taste issue.

Breakfast was very good.

Room 24 was very small and rather noisy at times. It could be above ?, and started noise quite early and ended quite late.

Loved the dining area, staff were excellent

Room was tiny, for 200 pounds a night without breakfast I thought this was asking a lot, also, took a while to make up the room each morning

Staying in a 17 century building was really special but the rooms fluffy doonas and quality fittings made it even more special. We left a bag in a taxi and staff went out of their way to help recover it. It was a beautiful place to stay and very central.

Floors creaked (but old building, I know)

A beautiful small hotel within easy walking distance of central Oxford. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The ambience, plus the helpfulness and obvious dedication of the staff helped to make our stay memorable! The food was most enjoyable and we both appreciated the excellent artwork throughout the hotel.

The only slight problem was the limited parking at the hotel, but this was dealt with efficiently by the reception staff.

It's rustic charm is very appealing and the courtyard at the front very pretty. The wood burning in the grate was a nice touch and aroma added to the atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and keen to assist (Antonio must get a special mention here). We arrived early and he took our bags for safekeeping and carried them to the car when we left. We asked if we could occupy the room earlier and they rang as soon it was ready. The room was spacious, clean and the beds very comfortable, so everything we expected. Shame the restaurant was full on Sunday night apart from early or late sittings but we ate at Brown's across the road which was very acceptable.

It seemed a little intrusive to have to walk through the dining room, while people were eating, to get back and forth to our room, unless there was another route we didn't know about. But this was a minor detail. We had no complaints.

A wonderful very old building with quaint rooms in short walking distance to the center of town.

a very uncomfortable bed with a "mount"in the middle, so you rolled either way.
