Room friendliness of staff,location
The bedrooms were a great size with very comfortable beds. Fantastic washing facilities. We had a fantastic night.
DeLuxe Room was clean and very well presented with fresh fruit, dressing gown and slippers
Parking could be clearer defined and a shame it does not do evening meals but there are local options a short walk away that they suggested
1. no restaurant or bar, had to travel to pub for evening meal 2. No double glazing, next to road so would be noisy with window open
Friendly, helpful reeption giving a warm welcome. Would definitely stay there again. The room was large, airy and clean with a beautiful view. The only thing to improve would be the breakfast area which seemed a little cold and uninviting. Perhaps a little background music. The breakfast was good although the sausages were not. Sorry about that.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike, apart from the sausages at breakfast.
Lovely grounds, nice room decor, well cooked breakfast.
Only one set of towels in the room. Uncomfortable bed, unappealing rather dated decor in the main rooms of the hotel.
Location is super the hotel is great , Staff are the best .
Can not get 3 telephone network ., and wifi for hotel keeps breaking even though signal is strong .
Clean, friendly B&B
Internet very in and out. Also Tv freezes every few minutes. Interestingly I had this problem before in a different room if they sorted these issues the scores would be higher as generally a decent B&BS.
We appreciated the location well away from traffic noise. The room was excellent and the dining facilities very good. The staff were very attentive and concerned for our comfort.
Unfortunately the hotel is located on a steep hill which has double white lines which makes access a little hazardous - nothing the hotel can do about that. It would be helpful to have a light illuminate the entry door at night.
Clean. Location. Room size. Friendly, Helpful Staff.
No Evening Meals. TV a little small for the size of the room.
Excellent value, great breakfast. Large comfortable and clean rooms. Great location. Would use again without hesitation. I've paid treble for far worse. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Ther was nothing I didn't like.
Size of room clean comfortable Poor mobile phone signal :-)
Poor mobile phone signal
The hotel room was amazing, well over our expectations. We were offered breakfast in bed which I thought was a really nice addition. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly and efficient.
There was no bar/restaurant on site. Although there was a good value pub restaurant a short walk away. The location wasn't fantastic which is a shame for such a nice hotel.
the location is ideal for setting off on a trip trough Worcestershire. The bed an bedlinnen were very comfortable.
guests from abroad might like a more continental breakfast. Bathroom could use some space to put your necessities on.
Super location Very comfy beds
Noise from party
Clean room and very spacious. Asked for quiet room and it was apart from 1 morning. To be fair it was an ignorant guest bellowing At 5;45 am so not the hotels fault.
In room 11 the wifi didn't work. The hotel did state that the signal would be stronger in communal areas but I would have thought this could be sorted out easily with a booster.
It was very quiet, rooms were fresh, good quality all round. Very good breakfast.
Would have been nice if the bar was open in the evening, but not too bothered about that as there were 3 good places to eat and dring within 1/2 a mile.

Good value, great breakfast. friendly and efficient staff, large rooms, lovely setting
Just needs a bit of TLC!
Very pleasant stay! Clean and friendly. Location was excellent too.
Staff are lovely, rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. Nice breakfast and beautiful views. Romantic place to be in the countryside and can venture out on lovely walks around the duck ponds and up the hills. Highly recommended.
Location , parking , owner and staff .
Internet all ways breaks , can't get 3 phone network , TV .
Lovely spacious, stylish and comfy room, very good value for money.
Bathroom in Room 4 was very cramped and nowhere to put toiletries - had to use loo seat! As per other rooms we have stayed in at this hotel, the bathrooms really need a shelf.
loved the pond and ducks. great size room( room 4).nice breakfast.
the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. the bathroom was really small. the curtains were hanging off the rail.
Lovely spacious room tastefully decorated.
Loud music playing woke us up at 6.30am on the Sunday.
