The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good as you could order specifically what you wanted. The hotel was odd in that there were few or no staff and no facilities to use (Bar closed, no food and no lounge area to sit in comfort). You need to keep your room key with you to get back in. Not much atmosphere, but it is outside the wedding season. Needs some TLC.

Good location on side of Lickey Hills and golf course. Nice decor in the room we had. Good breakfast. We booked a family room with two double beds but the second double bed appeared to be a sofa in the bay window folded down into a small double bed with a dip in the middle. Not very comfortable!

Nice little hotel, quiet, rather close to railway station (Longbridge) with free parking for a trip into Birmingham No real negative points; perhaps it would be easy if it was possible to get dinner at the hotel, but having said that, there are plenty other options, even at walking distance

The hotel itself was in a quiet location adjacent to a golf course and a country park. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was very filling, and a good range was available. The check out time of 10:00am on a Sunday morning was a bit restrictive, as it meant that we had to go for breakfast quite early (early for a Sunday!), which meant we didn't have as late a night on the Saturday as maybe we would have liked. A minor point to add was that there was no bar in the hotel. Although this was not a problem for us, this wasn't highlighted in the literature for the hotel. Some other guests may be disappointed by this.

Comfortable, peaceful and staff were helpful and friendly. Good value for money. Had to go out for a meal or drink however good food etc. only a few minutes away. To be fair this is probably reflected in the price.

Lovely B&B, with a very large "luxury" style room. Great to have plenty of tea and milk in the room. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast felt a little cheap, especially the chip shop style sausage

Polit staff, very friendly and helpful, and very comfortable and attractive accommodation. As a lone woman traveller, I didn't appreciate having to go out on a dark night in an unfamiliar environment to find a meal. The restaurant is only open Thursday nights and Sunday lunch.

It was quiet, very clean and well appointed. It was in a lovely location in the Lickey Hills Country Park. It was very good value for money. This hotel is ideally set up for weddings and functions. As a lone traveller on a quiet evening it felt rather bleak, with large empty rooms and not many facilities or staff in evidence.
