Loved the setting with the park behind, and that they were happy with us travelling with our pet dog.
The water was cold on the evening shower, and marginally warm in the morning, with little water pressure.
Ideal location for dog walking
Had to prearrange breckfast before 2100 the night before, didn't arrive till 2215
Staff were friendly and the price was reasonable, adequate sized double rooms. Quirky but comfortable.
Let's be honest, this was the cheapest available room I could find, so with that in mind the hotel was basic but fine. The bed was clean, and the bathroom was clean too. I'm not sure it'd stay here as a couple, but on my own for a couple of nights was ok. I didn't eat, so cannot comment there.
Shower was useless. No pressure at all from it. No curtains on the window. Another guest was able to open my room with his key and walk in while I was in bed.....at £30 it's a little dear for no breakfast.
not far from office.
a very long list....
Decent sized tv's
Smelled badly Staff didn't say much Nothing to do in hotel Not even worth the £30
The decor was a disgrace with wallpaper hanging off and ripped, drink stains on the ceiling, you had to run around in the shower to get wet as the water pressure was so poor, we packed our bags and stayed at a friends house.
The bed was very comfortable, bed linen clean and fresh. Was availible tea and coffee also cookies. Big TV.
Everything is quite old. Some dirt on a walls, like old splash of coffe or something. Shower - pressure of the water was very weak.
It did the job, two guys working in Leeds and it was only quarter an hours drive.
The bed was murder, very uncomfortable. Bathroom wasn't very clean. The whole place is run down but ok for what we used it for, a bed and a shower whilst working away from home. The bed was definitely the worst bit.
Clean bedding and room was also very clean with TV Kettle Biscuits Coffee Tea etc
Wi Fi was down at the time plus limited choice of tv programes
Mould everywhere in bathroom
friendly helpful staff
breakfast poor - not asked what wanted just given everything! Instant coffee horrible! not really clean
Clean bed sheets. Clean towels. Looks nice on the outside.
As soon as I walked in I was thinking I should stay else where. People outside my window til late night. Musty smell Kettle provided but no working plug nearby to use it. Stains on carpet and ceilings. Very noisy extractor fan in bathroom. Staff were not very professional.
Where to start pillows flat and stained carpets staind mould on every thing no locks onwindows no ataff around room not cleaned shower leeked mouldy food under sofa there is nothing good here and it says theres a honesty bar its a lie there is no bar
It was ok It is cheap
No good points
Everything especially the smell of body odour throughout hotel
The car park was ok
I booked a single room it had a double bed. One half of the mattress had springs sticking out, the other half was ok. The whole place was quite gritty and unfriendly. It was just about usable but the bed was appalling
Can't complain. £30 a night. Clean, comfortable & ideal for access to leeds city center.
The only negative point was the shower. No pressure but hey for the price I can't complain.
hot shower, Clean bedding
Was clean bedding but the mattress was dreadful to sleep on with springs poking out everywhere and when i went to flip it, It was badly blood stained. The iron in the room also didnt work but other than that it was manageable for what we needed with hot shower and friendly
The room we stayed in smelt of a combination of mould and stale cigarette smoke. The en suite was not sweet with mouldy ceiling and grouting that was equally filthy. Mould even grew on the filthy window frames. There was no where to heat the kettle unless I held it aloft while it boiled, health and safety came to mind.
Cheapish! Some rooms better than others.
Strange place! Facilities not the best, stained walls & ceiling tiles. In the middle of nowhere!
beds were comfy
fire doors were bolted shouting in hall ways sink plug did not work room was a bit damp banister rocked if you touched it certificates on wall out of date
Came from a business meeting really needed to relax n sleep. Bedding was damp the carpet in the room was dirty n the mattress was springy and uncomfortable
Friendly and helpful staff and a great for value tidy room
A few large spiders freaked my girlfriend out.
