Staff, parking, location pretty good but a walk up the hill. Rooms nice and place decorated nicely. Not extreme luxury and rooms not huge but really nice stay. Breakfast lovely and welcoming cup of tea on arrival!

Great location, excellent food, clean, beautifully furnished room, very attentive & helpful staff - would heartily recommend!

Some parking spaces a bit tricky to get in/out of but so close to town & so much to see & do in Bath you could easily spend a few days there & not use your cat at all!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming

Surprised that they were only able to offer instant decaff coffee - a small thing but should be too much to ask to have proper decaf!

This was a gift for my parents and they were overwhelmed by the helpfulness of staff, coffee on arrival, breakfast was lovely.

Entrance was the only problem, on a busy turning so reluctant to take car out once in.

Oldfields is a really friendly boutique style b&b. On arrival a welcome pot of tea awaits and plenty of useful information to help you get around Bath. The beautiful lounge and dining room host stunning views over the city. Our room was delightful. The mini shortbread -yum! We will be returning soon.......

There is a steep hill to walk up from the city. Approx 15min walk. To an older couple its worth consideration. Taxi from town aprx £5.

Good location, only a short walk to town. Helpful staff.

Car park is a bit difficult to navigate. My room was on the top floor and there were a lot of stairs; I ended up just bringing what I needed from my suitcase and leaving it in the car rather than attempt to lug it all the way up - I don't know what it would be like for someone who had no choice but to carry their belongings to the room. The shower control was old enough the labels had worn off and as I was unfamiliar with the system I could not get it to work and had to call reception. Perhaps a diagram in the guest booklet would be handy.

All great, we liked the location as nice walk to city centre (with views). Staff very friendly, advice on sightseeing and places to visit as a bonus! Very professional but friendly approach. Room very clean, spacious, full of character. Bed extra comfy (stayed in room 1). Views great, peaceful quiet night. Breakfast brilliant, SPECIALS on offer (incl smoked salmon!), fresh fruit, yoghurts, and Bubbly available (for the extra demanding guests). Went for full cooked english breakfast, tasted fab! Coffee in press, very homely feel. Beautiful garden, if a nice sunny day. Defo all positive feedback, highly recommended if don't mind a few minutes walk to city centre. We loved it, thank you guys!

    nothing negative, enjoyed ourselves fully!

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Well equipped room. Superb cooked breakfast. One of the best I have EVER had!

Mattress was very very firm. A padded topper may have been a welcome addition. Slept well though.

The front desk gave very clear introduction about Bath, upon check-in. Also helped to keep luggage till the room was ready. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was full of variety and tasted delicious.

Lovely place, very beautiful with absolutely fantastic staff. Makes you feel like you're in a classic British film! It's about 10 minutes from the city centre up the hill but very easy to find and actually not far at all. Very clean, staff is extremely helpful and pleasant - had one of the best check-ins and breakfasts (with cava at 9am!) in my life. It's not cheap but with Bath pricing is definitely very good value. Highly recommended!

The check-out time is quite early - 10.30, could be extended till 12 :)

Room 10 had a lovely jacuzzi/bath, nice view and was a pleasant clean warm room. Breakfast looked small but was actually a perfect amount. ..poshest fry up we've had !

While we sat in our car in the car park a gentleman reversed his car onto a barrier causing some major damage to his vehicle, most of the barriers where damaged so its obvious this has happened many times before, the barriers should be removed or made taller and painted in highly visible colours.
