Premier Inn Oldham (Broadway)  

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were well cleaned and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom had mould stains on the grouting around the bath, the bedroom and bathroom were quite cold, the Beefeater attached to the Inn was busy and both nights we waited well over an hour between ordering and having the food arrive

the location for our needs,comfort,good staff.

Thought it was a bit pricey for one night.

The directions supplied to the Hotel were completely wrong and caused me a considerable delay in finding it!

We had a great nights sleep at the Premier Inn, its so true what they say, very comfortable. Staff were sooooooooooooooooo nice, welcoming and happy to oblige. Will definately stay at a Premier Inn again! Thanks ps we were the fancy dress party "Bill & Ben" ha ha and we won a prize so in all a great night!

Handy for motorway and beefeater. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very efficient, friendly and helpful.

Had problems getting the heating to a higher temp.

The room was lovely and clean with tv and coffee I enjoyed my stay.

The only issue I had was the tea and coffee in the restaurant at breakfast which was not very hot. The food was nice however and the staff very helpful.

It was vary relaxing. All we did the first day relax in our room and went next door for a meal and drinks to finish our night. And had a good night sleep

Everything was there for you. Frendly staff and frendly locals in the bar

I have stayed here many times and the staff are excellent. Friendly, professional and very helpful

The basic cost is not competitive with other establishments. Breakfast too dear. The cost of wifi silly(c/f daysinn.... No charge!!) Towel smelled of vinegar. Just two tea bags in room more supplied on request.. Up and down stairs to get Only one sweetener ditto Bed not stable enough to sit up and read Volume on television too low to be properly audible ..... Ditto to get it sorted

Staff were helpful room was comfortable and had all expected facilities

Postcode given on web site when put into sat nav left us 3 miles from inn, broadway is massive road with many lanes, roundabouts etc was horrendous trying to find and when we finally arrived staff were aware of problem with website postcode but nothing done to warn us or guide us when we booked, the problem persists for anyone unlucky enough to be booking now, how crazy is this.

Have friends in Oldham and have stayed at other hotels. Booked this on by mistake.

Loved it. Really quiet, despite being next to a popular pub, Friendly, informative and polite staff. Clean room and bathroom. Excellent bed. Can't comment on breakfast as we had to leave early.

Convenient, clan and the friendly staff were very helpful.

The "disabled room" had a low bath with a shower and did not allow me to access the shower as I eed a walk in facility. The bed was low which was helpful but did sag in the middle which made it awkward for my husband and I. Regardless we enjoyed the stay and found the staff very helpful.

Clean and tidy room. The staff were very friendly and were happy to help us get a cab to the stadium. I've bookmarked it to book again if we need somewhere to stay in Manchester again.

Altogether it was ok.

On arrival, the checking in process seemed to drag on and on especially as we arrived late and needed to quickly dash out for an appointment
