The hotel is in a beauitful location in a lovely rural area with easy access to Ben newis and loch ness. The food was very good and the local beers are excellent. The Views of the Ben Nevis range from the restaurant are fantastic. It is also very quite and peaceful.

So welcoming and homely, a comfortable and friendly atmosphere... If I could describe it I would say ... with a little bit of imagination...a wee bit of snow and Bing Crosby.. It could have been Vermont in White Christmas... I could just hear him singing 'count your blessings...' ..... take me back there any time.. Loved it!

Excellent location. Friendly owners and warm welcome. Comfortable room and due to off peak time of year there was very little noise. Rustic Surroundings with a spectacular view. Breakfast was very good. Home baking was an added bonus plus fresh coffee. Easy access to the main routes to Fort William and onwards to Skye. All in all, a very satisfying short break and would recommend others to consider staying there. If we had one criticism, the evening meal was too pricey and small in portion size.

We very much enjoyed our stay, relaxed and ate good food. The kids had a great time in the large garden on the rope swing and trampoline. Tranquil and beautiful views towards Ben Nevis. Would go back.

The location was beautiful and I felt very welcomed - a pot of tea provided on arrival. Very courteous staff and excellent service all round. Room was not huge but very comfortable and clean with lots of little extras thought about and provided. Evening meal and breakfast very good with fantastic service.

We were very pleased with this gem and were sorry that we were only staying one night. Excellent personal service which is so much better than staying at a chain hotel. Food at dinner and breakfast was fantastic. Also pet friendly with no extra charge for Missus Dog.

The room was small and cosy, and the bathroom was lovely. We can't recommend the hotel enough! The breakfast was out of this world and the staff were more than happy to be helpful, and let you eat your breakfast at leisure, which was magnificently prepared and thoroughly enjoyable! Can't recommend this hotel enough!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating, the hotel was beautifully decorated with clean comfy rooms and big hot showers, the location was also wonderful - breakfast and dinner looking out at gardens and beyond that mountains. Speaking of which – the food was delicious. Good location for climbing Ben Nevis, for which they provided packed-lunch with cakes and muffins. I would visit again and highly recommend. Nothing to complain about.

The staff was amazing- so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was the best I've had on a 12 day trip in the uk. Farm fresh eggs- yum! The rooms are simple and nice. Setting is amazing- the views out of the dining room are incredible. I would definitely go back!
