The staff were vey helpful and polite, reception manned 24hrs, room was very clean and comfortable. Only one thing, breakfast was separate from price of the room, I"m sure it can be included to make B&B |

Nothing, the place needs Another [ refurbishment] the cowboys you used missed a whole lot of what the place needs. Eqiupment missing, shortage of towels, cracked tiles, spring coming out of mattress, bath plug with no chain, if you want more I can give you some . |

The poor rating for services was given as there were no restaraunt facilities on the night that we stayed. We also had very noisy neighbours in the room above but to be fair we were moved to another room which was also an upgrade. |

I found the hotel to have very friendly, staff and were very helpful. The room was a little noisey because of people walking around upstairs. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was situated too close to the toilet i e I knocked it every time. |

After reading some of the reviews of this hotel i was very sceptical about staying there so only booked in for one night originally. As soon as we arrived i could not believe how inaccurate the previous reviews had been as the room was immaculate especially for the price and both the day and night staff couldn't have been more pleasant. I immediately booked in for a second night and the only explanation i could find for some of the less than favourable reviews is that they were no doubt written by the kind of people who expect 5 star luxury for £29 a night which is simply ridiculous. I will be staying here again without question! |

We found the hotel to be in a convenient location for all facilities, but also very close to very attractive countryside. We visited relatives, went shopping, had drinks and meals in the hotel and in the various restuarants close by. I did not like the use of blankets on the bed. I feel in this day and age there are other alternatives which would be more hygienic. |

Absolutely nothing, it was without a shadow of a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and have written and published 2 reviews advising fellow travellers to avoid this establishment. The only thing I liked was leaving. The hotel was dirty, shabby, damp and poorly maintained. The kitchen did not even meet basic Health & Safety legislation and I would never eat anything prepared in it. The so called continental breakfast was so sparse it was a joke. The staff were the most unhelpful and poorly trained that I have ever come across. |

The rooms are very spacious, the hotel could be great if the owner would invest some money in a refurb of the bathrooms and training the inexperienced staff Music was played very loudly from 7am. Really disturbing on a Sunday morning. Staff were inexperienced and rude - no idea what customer service is. On call manager was helpful |

Staff attentive, friendly & helpful. Slight mix up on the rooms on arrival, however, it was resolved satisfactorily & the gesture of free breakfast was both appreciated & well received. |

Room was clean & reasonably sized, ok for 1 night given the price. Breakfast was excellent & staff were helpful and pleasant Bedcover was stained and torn, windows were jammed open with external greenery, would not like to stay there in cold weather as it would be very chilly. It could be a nice place if money was spent on improvements. I would recommend if asked but with reservations as I know some of my friends would be horrified by state of bedding ! |

Excellent value for money. Good breakfasts. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Some of the fittings and furnishings in the room which we stayed in were a little shabby and the whole place could benefit from a makeover. |
