Excellente prestation, autant sur le service, que sur le décor luxueux. Petit déjeuner buffet tres varié et copieux. Ch tres bien equipées. Idealement situé en plein centre, superbe vue sur monuments. Un peu bruyant à certaines heures, coté rue ( circulation voitures) |

Hotel très bien situé avec une superbe vue sur la vielle ville.Excellente réactivité pour trouver une solution à un petit désagrément. Il ya un étage à monter avant d'arriver à la réception (problème minoré par la possibilité de faire monter les bagage). L'hotel de ne dispose pas de parking et le parking public le plus proche coute 20 livres la journée. |

Situation de l hotel centrale proche de tout : gare , office de tourisme, bus, monuments... Un hotel de ce standing pourrait avoir des adaptateurs électriques , ça ne coute pas bien cher !!! |

Hotel convenable dans la moyenne; rien de remarquable mais pas de défaut majeur non plus. La chambre etait petite, il n'y avait qu'une petite fenêtre donnant sur une cour aveugle mais nsurtout c'était surchauffé; il a fallu dormir avec la clim ce qui n'est pas normal. |

Juste in petit problème concernant le W.C. dans ma chambre (no. 512). Elle devait etre bouchée quelque part et évacuait mal.... J'en ai parlé en bas et ils m'ont assuré qu'ils allaient contacté les services qui s'en occupent; Je suis certaine que cela a été fait! |

Brilliant city centre hotel close to all the facilities and railway station Noisy due to tram works on Princes Street but have stayed here previously before the works started and it was fine then. |

Convenient location for shopping, dining out, theatre and touring the main body of the city by open top bus. The instructions for the movie channels on TV should be made clearer. I accidently clickced on to the movie channel without realising it - when i was told i had to pay for this i was horrified - i didn't even watch it. The receptionist looked at me as though she didn't believe me and as much as told me i should have read the instructions on the TV more clearly. |

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with fantastic views of castle, gardens, memorial and Princes street. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see as well as restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our meals (both brekafast and dinner) and found the staff helpful and friendly. Front desk staff. |

The easy access to Edinburgh's visitor attractions, airport and tourist buses. On edge of new town, but easy access to old town. Room was comfortable and bathroom very clean. Evening meals excellent value for money and of good quality. Secure suitcase storage on last day when checkout was in advvance of flight time. |

Was only there one night but staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a nice view of the castle too! The room directly above had very creeky floorboards, possibly a family room which was a bit annoying as floorboards creeked from one end to the other. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower was the best we had on our 3 week vacation. It was a bit difficult getting into the hotel from the street. There are a couple of heavy doors and then stairs to get your luggage up to the front desk (although there is a buzzer to call for help). |

Lovely room, big bathroom, beautiful view, supportive mattress, great breakfast. Only very minor quibbles: the television in the room rested upon a low stand, making it difficult to see the screen from the bed; the toilet seat would not stand up on its own; the shower curtain kept billowing inward during a shower, requiring you to fight it back while bathing. |
