Location was good, room was comfy and clean and the shower once the temperature was correct was really great. Staff really pleasant and nice breakfast.
I think I went to London on one of the hottest days this year air con or a fan may have helped me sleep that night.
Great location, good size rooms and helpful staff.
All aspects were good
Breakfast was OK. Was busy though.
breakfast was nice
room in the basement floor right on the way to the kitchen - very noisy from 5am; room is tiny, bathroom even less; weird tap in the shower with only hot water running
Location, staff, bed
Smell of cigarettes in the room
Love being in Earls Court and near the tube from Heathrow. Lovely pubs, shops, residential walks and easy to get anywhere in London
Mininscule room but adequate and clean, included breakfast was fine, get a room with a window
near the underground
everything is ok
Actually the location is good and easy access to all
The comfort room is very smAll also the lift
Friendly staff, excellent location, everything we needed.
Helpful and polite staff. Location of the hotel was ideal. Comfy bed, good clean facilities. Tv was good for the evenings, plenty to watch.
Wifi was slower than an asthmatic ant with some heavy shopping. The receipt with the password said the WiFi was available for 2 devices, this was not the case. Breakfast wasn't exactly mouthwatering....coffee was the best thing about it.
nice, friendly staff
very small, cramped and hot. Breakfast room was tiny!
The location, the cleanliness and the choice of colours in the room. The room looked bright and modern.
The glass divider in the bathroom. It is dangerous . A simple shower curtain would do instead.
Clean and quite hotel, nice breakfast, great location. Got an upgraded room which was just excellent! Overall a very pleasant stay.
Wi-fi keeps dropping the signal.
Fab hotel in a great location. Breakfast is lovely, continental but sets you up for the day.
The hotel was very clean, the rooms were a decent size and included a hair dryer, TV and a safe, the staff at the reception was very friendly and approachable. The internet connection was excellent, the food was of a good quality and there was decent choice, and the option to leave luggage behind for a few hours after check-out was great. The place is in an excellent location too, very close to Earl's Court tube station and there was a good number of food outlets nearby.
Despite all the benefits, I found the hotel a little too expensive. I also felt that cooked breakfast should have been included in the price.
Very friendly and helpful reception staff and an upgrade to a studio flat, which was roomy and well-presented.
The bathroom only seemed to have hot water, even in the toilet flush, but the staff took our concern seriously and arranged for a plumber to come the following day.
Location and wifi
uneven floor make noises when you walk around. such noise can also come from the people living above you and your next door. breakfast room is so small, difficult to find a seat and get food.
The size of the Rooms were not advertised so it was a shock when we arrived to find the room and bathroom were very small
Just a 5-minute walk from Earl's Court tube station, bus stops, lots of restaurants ,pubs and supermarkets.Really nice receptionists, helpful and polite. There is also a lift in the hotel.Nice new furniture rather small bathroom but hot water all day long.We had a relaxing time every night we spent at the hotel. Our rooms were cleaned and our towels changed on a daily basis!!! I would like to stay there again.
Breakfast was rather basic.Wifi only in reception area and still had difficulty logging on.We would have appreciated a fridge in the room.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location..
Only one pillow. No air con.
very small room, a creaking sound from an upstairs room
Great location for Earls Court. Pleasant staff, continental breakfast but plenty of it. Room and bathroom not huge but very clean and tidy.
Met all my expectations - no complaints.
Location near bus stops and Earls Court tube station
Breakfast very basic. Extractor fan in bathroom excessively noisy. Wifi would only work in Reception area. Room very small, storage very minimal.
Loved the location! Property was nice and clean with private bath! Breakfast was equivalent to every other place of this price range.
I would've loved an ice machine somewhere (anywhere) on the property. Our Wi-Fi was sketchy. We stayed on the top level - and it was hot! They provided a fan, but it really got miserable! We're spoiled....we like ice, fast Wi-Fi, and air conditioning!
