Room very small
Perfect location Clean hotel and rooms
No space for clothing, small bathroom, short bed.
Rooms were to small no facilities for young infants
Price & value for money Location Size of room Comfortable
bathroom layout / facilities not great / shower & bath taps difficult to get a grip of / no shelf to put things near sink/lack of surfaces to put belongings but then I dont really travel light!
The hotel location is very good, a few minutes walk from earls court station, a very good selection of restaurants in the area. You can reach central London in matter of minutes.
The receptionist at night time working there was a little rude and didn't understand what i was trying to tell her.
The hotel was situated in a nice area and very close to the underground and shops. The hotel and the room was clean and staff was helpful.
The room was very small it didn't even have a wardrobe and where to put our personal belongings. Breakfast was poor.
Location, 24hr reception, Breakfast available, free wi fi
Room was pretty small. It would have been a challenge to use this room for several days sharing with another person. There was not a lot of area to put luggage. The breakfast room was quite crowded, but the workers were very nice and responsive.
Location Price Friendly staff Very comfy bed. Very clean room. Overall very nice, if you just need a warm, comfy bed in a nice hotel near the centre of London then you can't go wrong!
Breakfast selection wasn't great and very cramped. Room was quite small but still big enough to fit us in, just not space to wander round. Limited car parking, three spaces! Book in advance!
Except for the location there was nothing that I liked about this hotel!
There was no bedside table next to the bed, it was on the opposite side of the headboard. It was a double bed and to get out of bed one has to jump over the other partner as the bed was fitted between 3 walls!! Very small room, no room for luggages and not even a wardrobe so all the clothes had to remain in the luggages for 6 days. Very disappointed because it's not the double room I expected compared with the double room I saw on the website. Definetly I won't recommend it.
what we like about the hotel are its location, fair quality of room amenities, the cleanliness and so on
can't think much of it, maybe the size of the room which is quite small however enough for us as we spent most of the time outside the room (that's why we were in London, isn't it!)
Location excellent, and helpful staff
Rooms very small. No room for your luggage.
the Location only
No wifi, small room
Studio room and location. Breakfast adequate. Parking.
Despite checking the parking was double booked but this was arranged for at a nearby hotel.
Great location near Earls Court underground. Staff were lovely. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Good continental breakfast. Got a really good rate for room
Everything very small - room, TV, bathroom, shower, lift, breakfast area. Not a lot of space to move around. Lift was out of order & I'd prebooked room on top floor :-/ Resolved on last day. Had a small water puddle under sink 1 morn. Told reception & didn't happen again. Unsure why that occurred. Appeared that toiletry bottles were just refilled as creased where used (prior to our stay) & substance a little anonymous looking. Was hit & miss if got cold water from mixer tap so was dubious if ok to drink. Room/bathroom not very up to date (shower quite old) but refurb would put costs up so.....
Our wifi wouldn't work as it wouldn't let us log in
Very close to everything you cod Want
No cooked breakfast, also got reception to order us a cab, trip to Paddington for £5 more expensive than any of the last 6 times done that trip. Don't appreciate getting done over in that way
Small rooms (like most london hotels) but really kept well, plus the staff are amazing
I think they could have boiled eggs added to their "cereal and bread" breakfast bar
Perfect location. Breakfast staff helpful.
Night shift staff not helpful and looking depressed. Asked for lactose free milk on our booking but it wasn't available. Asked for late check out but the only answer was that check out time is 11.
shower room small
Good breakfast with fresh fruit and croissants.
It was freezing cold in the bathroom - no heating at all in there.
The manger was very helpful and friendly.
The room was tiny, no cupboard, a few hangers just on the wall. A very small, narrow and poor shower. People must be fit to be able to have a good shower. Some problem with lights as well. A very primitive fan in the shower with constant noise all the time.
easy access to metro
bloody coffee poor breakfast noises from the ceiling because the reception and the side wall to the kitcen
Good location, close to Earls Court station and in a walking distance from EasyBus. Room is quite small but it is clean and has all necessary. Very friendly and helpful personal. Very good breakfast and very nice lady serving it. .
