+close to underground earl's court and shops +nice breakfast with yoghurt, fruit, coffee, toast, cheese, ham, juice +very friendly staff +no noisy street +bed for one person big, for two would it be small Book your room in upper floor :-) -Bathroom very small (as usual) but clean and with shampoo etc
This hotel was brilliant for our trip. Whilst you can't check in until 1400,they do have a luggage storage facility where you can leave you bags at anytime before check in and after you check out. the breakfast was a continental breakfast but toast was also on offer. It's perfect location puts it close to the centre of London and just around the corner, 2 mins walk at most from Earle Court station. It's a really nice area and there is a variety of restaurants and takeaways really close by at the end of the street. All the staff were polite and helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel for a weekend break, especially at its price. I intend to stay there again upon my next visit to London.
Great location, nice staff, comfortable rooms and very good breakfast.
The size of the shower is tiny (something pretty common in London, I'm well aware of that) but as far as I'm concerned there were other room size options. It shouldn't be a problem for someone who is looking for a bigger toilet.
The best thing about the stay was that it was close to fast food places and close to Earls Court station.
I'll start off with the room itself. It was quite small, only one chair and the TV was small and in totally the wrong location. The bed was pushed up to the side so watching TV was very uncomfortable, so the TV should have been where our feet were. The walls were very thin so you could hear everything next door, and I mean everything! The bed was very noisy. The shower head was so high up that you could not adjust it. I am 5'4 and my wife 5'. I had to tip toe and use my fingertips to just about touch the shower head. Not impressed. Breakfast was ok but not much choice. I paid the extra £5 to have English breakfast and that was worth it. I've been to so many different hotels and B&Bs around the world and around England, and as a born and bred Londoner, I was very embarrassed by this hotel and wondered how they got 3* rating. This was by far the worst hotel I have been to for the amount of money I paid. Really really disappointed.
Good shower and bath Minute away from tube stop Very good, central location Clean comfy rooms I would visit again!
Breakfast wasnt very good. Hardly any choice. But cant really complain as was included in price of room!
great convenient location for London. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Check in and check out were fast and efficient.
The room was clean. The hotel was perfectly located. Literally a 2 minute walk from the Earls court tube station and there are loads of places to eat around the hotel. It was affordable.
The room was tiny. Really tiny. Couldn't put my stuff anywhere. The furniture was miniature to compensate for the tiny room. I'm 5ft8 and I struggled to sleep on the bed. My feet were over the edge. The bed was really uncomfortable. It was like a camping bed. I led on it and my head would sink and my legs were up in the air. The blood rushed to my head and I had to sit up. I was there 2 nights and only got about 3 hours sleep in total and I did that by sitting up against the headboard. The breakfast was atrocious. The room like everything else in the hotel was tiny. No space to maneuver. Couldn't get past anyone without bumping and apologising all the time. The food area was so small only one person could go up at a time so people were waiting ages to get anything. You can't even make toast. You sit at a table and a member of staff asks you which room your in and if you want any toast. I said yes 2 slices please. 10 minutes later, no toast and all the staff have disappeared so you can't even ask anyone again. So I go to the bar and the choices are cereal, yogurt, bread roll or a croissant. There is no tea or coffee. Just apple juice or orange juice. Not impressed. In fact I was so unimpressed I didn't even bother going downstairs for breakfast on the second day. The lift. If your claustrophobic pray you are on the ground floor. The lift says it will fit 4. It will fit 2 UK average sized women and a medium sized suitcase at most. You have to hand in your room key every time you leave the hotel and then collect it again when you come back in. You only get 1 room key between 2 people. If one person leaves the hotel they have to give the room key to the receptionist downstairs but the the person still in the room can't leave the room. This was a problem we had the 1st day. My friend went out for a walk and had to give in the room key.
Location good, polite helpful staff especially at breakfast. Wifi.
Bathroom a bit cramped. Could be a problem for some.
Friendly ,helpful staff. Lovely bright en-suite room. Nice decor. Tea & coffee facilities. Good choice breakfast . Great location on quiet street in good area. 3 min walk to tube station. Easy access to Earls court , Olympia and West End. Luggage room invaluable, even able to use it after we had checked out. Brilliant value for money .
All was clean and thanks for the upgrade
Was cold and a bit noisy coming from floor above
Good service and even better location
Super tight toilets, knees will be hitting the wall. Lots of tiny coridoors and super tight breakfast area... Dont pick if you are tall or are travelling with big suitcase. For the rest, thumbs up!
Quiet comfortable room, better than expected breakfast, helpful, friendly staff. Location close to tube, and economical restaurants.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The linens were clean. The shower was hot.
The hotel is slightly shabby and there were some maintenance issues. The breakfast was minimal.
The location was perfect for walking to Olympia Exhibition hall.
Breakfast was a little basic and the bathrooms were very small.
Good quality for the price. Polite and helpful staff. Great starting point for reaching London's best places.
Room very small
Perfect location Clean hotel and rooms
No space for clothing, small bathroom, short bed.
Rooms were to small no facilities for young infants
Price & value for money Location Size of room Comfortable
bathroom layout / facilities not great / shower & bath taps difficult to get a grip of / no shelf to put things near sink/lack of surfaces to put belongings but then I dont really travel light!
The hotel location is very good, a few minutes walk from earls court station, a very good selection of restaurants in the area. You can reach central London in matter of minutes.
The receptionist at night time working there was a little rude and didn't understand what i was trying to tell her.
The hotel was situated in a nice area and very close to the underground and shops. The hotel and the room was clean and staff was helpful.
The room was very small it didn't even have a wardrobe and where to put our personal belongings. Breakfast was poor.
Location, 24hr reception, Breakfast available, free wi fi
Room was pretty small. It would have been a challenge to use this room for several days sharing with another person. There was not a lot of area to put luggage. The breakfast room was quite crowded, but the workers were very nice and responsive.
Location Price Friendly staff Very comfy bed. Very clean room. Overall very nice, if you just need a warm, comfy bed in a nice hotel near the centre of London then you can't go wrong!
Breakfast selection wasn't great and very cramped. Room was quite small but still big enough to fit us in, just not space to wander round. Limited car parking, three spaces! Book in advance!
