Good location close to Earl's Court tube station [en-route to Heathrow - however it's still a fair way from the City]. Very fast and convenient wireless internet (but not included). Complimentary breakfast. Clean and very well-kept hotel. Friendly staff Hotel charged separately for internet access - this should be included at room prices over usually gbp 100 p/N. Room was small but sufficient for my purpose.

We had a very friendly welcome and the room was clean and bright. The hotel is on a quite side street but really close to Earls Court tube station on the Piccadilly line so getting around London was really easy. I'd certainly recommend it to people and would stay again myself. The room was fairly small compared to hotels I've stayed in outside of London but plenty big enough for the couple of nights we stayed.

Location was close to tube and bus route to Westfield. Price was ok for a budget trip Booking double rooms and on arrival 10 minutes after check in opened, I was advised there were only twin romms left. We had specifically booked doubles. I had booked and fully paid via Booking.com, so was surprised to be asked to complete a form listing my credit card details including full number, expiry date and security code. I refused but warn everyone never to do this - it is credit card fraud just waiting to happen.

The location was excellant. The rooms were tiny. En suite was the smallest I have ever seen. Shower curtain was dirty and shower tray the size only a smurf could fit into. Place was reasonably clean except the en suite which was grubby and old.

Friendly and helpful staff providing excellent services from reception to room cleaning to breakfast room. The rooms are really clean as per feedback from the other guests. Two minutes walk from tube station with restaurants, mini-marts, pharmacy, internet cafe and bakeries around. No free WiFi access.

Excellent location, really close to the tube and nice neighbourhood with restaurants, pubs and super-markets. It's a decent hotel but not something special. The rooms are small and the bathroom rather small and old. The breakfast is a little poor and the breakfast room is in the basement.

A clean, friendly hotel, in an excellent location. Free internet up to one hour per day. The walls are very thin, so there is quite a bit of noise. Also, the wake- up call was ten minutes late.

Location (close to earl's court) and price (because I got a discounted price) but I think I could easily do better if I had more time to search. -Very small room and even smaller bathroom, I had barely space to open my luggage, while showering I was constantly hitting the wall or shower door, every time I moved my arms. -The bed was squeaky and the mattress felt old or of low quality. -No free wifi -noisy plumbing or heating, mainly from 6am, if you don't have a heavy sleep you'll probably awake because of it -the heating is not always on, during the day and part of night was off. -The interior of the hotel is confusing and narrow

It was next to the Earl's Court underground station. There were many facilities according the transportation means and the airport transportation, as well. They offered us the breakfast free, even if it wasn't included in the price. The staff wasn't kind and didn't propose fair solution for our transportation to the airport. The room was very small, 2 persons and couldn't place our 2 baggages nowhere into the room. There wasn't soundproofing and we heard voices from the road in the middle of the night or even the next door room.

spotlessly clean, good towels and bedding. Small rooms, but lovely en suites. A bathmat would have been nice, because stepping out of the shower made the floor slippery and the towels were so good I couldn't bring myself to lay one on the floor. Very good hotel for a short stay but room too small for anything longer. A bar would have made it 10/10 . Very pleasant reception staff. I would return. Absence of a bar - would have liked a drink upon our return from the theatre. By the time we "tubed" back, local pubs had closed so a bar would have been just the ticket!

Clean room. Miserable receptionist until he had my credit card processed, then he managed a smile. No breakfast included at £120 per night is quite expensive. Tiny bedroom and bathroom-no room to swing a cat! Nowhere to put your luggage or clothes. Very noisy either internally E.G. other guests opening and closing doors, creaking floor boards etc. and externally even though on the 3rd floor, could hear peoples conversations from the street below. I only picked the hotel as it was short notice, and didn't find any reviews commenting on bed bugs, so that was the main reason. I'd say its O.K. just for 1 night maximum, and that's it.
