Convenient location for underground, but on quiet street. Very pleasant staff. Good full breakfast at reasonable price. Continental breakfast a bit limited - fresh fruit would be nicer than tinned. Rooms a bit small, bit more shelf space would be good, but otherwise fine for our needs. |

close to underground, good for shopping, all major areas are close there are refurbishing in hotel so you may got underground roo like me, elevators very small, no internet service, hotel not so clean, rooms are samll.. |

The location of the hotel is brilliant, only a 3 minute walk to Earls Court Tube station. The hotel itself is, fine for a short stay. The rooms are very small and so are the bathrooms. We stayed on the top floor and were told on arrival that this was their newly rennovated room - so we thought that it was going to be really special! However, think when he said it had been rennovated, i think he meant it had purely been painted! |

The room was newly renovated and very clean. The hotel is currently under renovations, so there is no wireless internet as promised on the website. The renovations were loud and very disruptive. Our room also did not have a properly functioning safe or phone. |

The beds were good, which is very important. It is also located very near a subway station. The room was quite small. The window could either be opened wide (lots of noise) or not at all (no air). The sink in the toilet/shower was extremely small, shaving is quite impossible. The hall and staircase badly need refurbishing. |

The Oliver Plaza Hotel is very well situated if you have to go to the Earls Court Convention center.( Only 3 minutes walk). The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and willing to help. This is our third time we visit the hotel. The rooms are rather small. The bathroom as well. This however is not a real problem but more or less a remark. |

nothing special. maybe the location: not in the centre, but not very far away horrible beds, really unconfortable. the hotel was really tacky, as all in London: ugly, tiny room, tiny and very old bathroom, awful decoration...but the worse: the beds!!! |

Location There are serious problems of privacy, security and staff attitude (night-time) in this hotel. Privacy: (i) a maintainance man knocked at my door and immediately opened it at aorund 12 noon one day without giving me enough time to answer; (ii) a house-keeper knocked at my door and opened it and remid me to check out even I answered.
