Location and car space and that is it
Room very small, bathroom very small as could not sit down as sink so close breakfast had to queue to get table. delay in getting toast and seemed disorganised bed right against angled wall so sleeping was difficult.
1. nice man at the reception 2. location is goood
everything else. : should be renovated immediately...in very bad shape. poor breakfast
Availability and staff were nice enough. Mattress was very comfortable. Tube only 2 blocks away.
Bathroom was so tiny that the w/c was barely accessible. Internet access was spotty, not so good if you have work related issues to deal with. Breakfast, although staff were nice enough, was woefully lacking. No bread, no cheeses, no coffee until we'd been sitting for 15 minutes. If we had been due at another appointment we'd have given up.
Compared to other value hotels in London this was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast included a good selection. Location is fantastic next to Earls Court. For the price I think you will be challenged to find better.
Rooms are small but that is to be expected in London.
Great location reasonable ( really) reasonable rate
The room was comfortable
The breakfast and the price
Our second time living in this hotel, not only because of its location, lift, cleanliness and good breakfast but also because of the friendly and helpful staff, especially Kevin Ramachandran. Besides taking an extra step to help me I noticed that he also reminded the other hotel residents of this and that.
Small hotel. Clean Hotel. Staff is very kind.
I gave up another hotel due to basement room. I booked this hotel. When I arrived there, I was surprised at basement room. But, it is O.K. due to clean room. However, at night, it sounded try to open locked door. There was a door between our room and next room not main front door. I tried to complain about changing room but gave up. Every night, I was scared and I could not sleep due to sounds to try to open door. The time was 2:00 a.m. ~3:30 a.m. The sound disappered after I strongly opened inner door and closed in order to let them listen the sounds. Pls let customers know if it is such room to connect next room and basement room on booking.com. Jina in Seoul
Location was good, room was comfy and clean and the shower once the temperature was correct was really great. Staff really pleasant and nice breakfast.
I think I went to London on one of the hottest days this year air con or a fan may have helped me sleep that night.
Great location, good size rooms and helpful staff.
The hotel is located a few minutes away from Earl’s Court Metro station, to both exits, very convenient for getting around in London. Staff is very nice, one of the nicest I ever met. 24 hours opening, you leave the key at the reception. The surrounding area is full of restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets, pharmacies, everything you would need. Wireless is good, you get a code for each device you have. We booked a twin room, beds are ok, comfortable.
The room was very small, maybe 10 sqm, no wardrobe, just hangers. The hairdryer is in the room. I guess it was the smallest room they have and it was the last one available for booking online. The price was still good (considering the prices in London), although I reserved for one price and I had to pay some euros more due to the currency exchange: reserved for 3 nights for 391euros, paid 402. Breakfast included, but very very basic, not worth it.
All aspects were good
Breakfast was OK. Was busy though.
breakfast was nice
room in the basement floor right on the way to the kitchen - very noisy from 5am; room is tiny, bathroom even less; weird tap in the shower with only hot water running
Location, staff, bed
Smell of cigarettes in the room
Love being in Earls Court and near the tube from Heathrow. Lovely pubs, shops, residential walks and easy to get anywhere in London
Mininscule room but adequate and clean, included breakfast was fine, get a room with a window
near the underground
everything is ok
Actually the location is good and easy access to all
The comfort room is very smAll also the lift
Friendly staff, excellent location, everything we needed.
Helpful and polite staff. Location of the hotel was ideal. Comfy bed, good clean facilities. Tv was good for the evenings, plenty to watch.
Wifi was slower than an asthmatic ant with some heavy shopping. The receipt with the password said the WiFi was available for 2 devices, this was not the case. Breakfast wasn't exactly mouthwatering....coffee was the best thing about it.
nice, friendly staff
very small, cramped and hot. Breakfast room was tiny!
The location, the cleanliness and the choice of colours in the room. The room looked bright and modern.
The glass divider in the bathroom. It is dangerous . A simple shower curtain would do instead.
Clean and quite hotel, nice breakfast, great location. Got an upgraded room which was just excellent! Overall a very pleasant stay.
Wi-fi keeps dropping the signal.
Fab hotel in a great location. Breakfast is lovely, continental but sets you up for the day.
The hotel was very clean, the rooms were a decent size and included a hair dryer, TV and a safe, the staff at the reception was very friendly and approachable. The internet connection was excellent, the food was of a good quality and there was decent choice, and the option to leave luggage behind for a few hours after check-out was great. The place is in an excellent location too, very close to Earl's Court tube station and there was a good number of food outlets nearby.
Despite all the benefits, I found the hotel a little too expensive. I also felt that cooked breakfast should have been included in the price.
