Very friendly staff including, reception, restaurant/bar, chamber maids.. everyone! Professional attitude treating all customers as individuals. Good location. Extra requests dealt with no fuss and no extra cost, and the staff even brought my partner a little birthday cake when they delivered our room service, that and their friendliness indeed exceeded my expectations. The room was very small compared to the other 5 star hotels I have stayed in London. It is fairly easy to find a hotel at Mayfair or Piccadilly that costs the same amount of money but provides rooms twice the size. It was not very stylish and definitely not designed for a romantic break. Very disturbing poster on the wall and dull, unattractive colours. |

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the lobby and bar were superb. The customer service was second to none and the room was excellent |

The hotel was in an excellent location for our needs (theatre). The staff were very professional, polite, welcoming and helpfull. Had options of restuarants and bars within the hotel if you only wanted a quite night. The relaxation facitlities were excellent ie spa, suana, massuasse |

Excellent location. Friendly and efficient staff. Good ambiance. Breakfast was not a good experience - too crowded and expensive and unpleasant. Breakfast should be one price not a la carte for each cup of coffee and each glass of juice! |

We loved the bar area and decor. The staff were very helpful Two Points. We order the pitta, olives and Hummus, the pitta had not been toasted so it still tasted stale. The room we stayed in had a saniflow system which was quite disconcerting and for this reason we would not stay at the hotel again. |

The situation of the restaraunt above the bar made it a very noisy experience |

It's location, being within short walking distance of most of the interesting places in London Arriving by car stopping at a bus stop in front of the hotel to get the luggage out of the car. The attendants were very prompt though. |

Right in the Centre of the West-End, walking distance from all the theatres, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square. Very expensive for the size of room, but not bad for London. |

The service was absolutely amazing. The sauna and pool was wonderful and the room very nice. Expected a little more with the price paid however, but still a very enjoyable experience. |

This is one of London's best centrally located hotels, on the edge of London's famed 'Theatreland' and close to cosmopolitan Covent Garden. |
This stylish and contemporary 5-star hotel offers superb luxury accommodation in a quiet oasis just off Embankment, with stunning panoramic views of the River Thames. |
Just a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Street, Leicester Square and Covent Garden, The Bloomsbury Hotel (formerly Jurys Great Russell Street Hotel) is a fabulous fusion of London design styles. |
In the heart of London's West End, only a 5-minute walk from Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square, this luxury iconic hotel became 100 years old in 2008. |
