Excellent facilities, service, beverages and food superb

Quietly competent nothing was too much trouble. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very well equipped and everything worked properly.

Great location, peaceful and well appointed rooms.

No tea and coffee making facilities in room. The spa was not staffed in the afternoon so 9 people were waiting to check in to use the pool area for over 20 minutes.

Staff were very helpful but not intrusive. Standard of room was first class. Spa area when we attended was peaceful and relaxing. Had dinner at Axis, also very good and convenient to get to inside the hotel when returning.

My wife and I have stayed here a few times before. What we like is the consistency of this hotel. The staff are always pleasant and they will go the extra yard to make your stay go well. Love the lobby bar.

The staff - everyone was professional and courteous, but not "stiff". I was made to feel welcome by everyone I dealt with - which can be rare in this level of hotel. The level of comfort, especially the bed and linens, was outstanding.

As a frequent user of the swimming facilities, I found it disappointing that the atmosphere was profoundly disturbed when families with children arrived to "invade the tranquility". Perhaps it would be best to advertise "family time", when it would be convenient for all to enjoy the space without disturbing others. I had booked the hotel specifically for the pool, and was disappointed that it was not often as tranquil as had been advertised.

As soon as we arrived at One Aldwych we knew we were in safe hands. A porter whisked away the bags while another escorted us to reception and a warm welcome. We were upgraded to a luxury bedroom which was lovely, beautifully decorated with a stylish bathroom. A short stroll to Covent Garden and then back in time for afternoon tea. I'm a big fan of afternoon tea and this one was pretty special. The homemade mini crumpets with lemon curd were a highlight. Service was exemplary throughout. I could be picky and say two satsumas in a saucer doesn't really constitute a fruit bowl in the room and tea and coffee making facilities would be nice but this is a top hotel, I'll be back.

Some sort of vacuum piping in the bathroom. When the water is running every 10 seconds you hear a vacuum swoosh sound. Not very nicer if somebody in the neighbouring room takes a 45 minutes shower in the midnight Rooms are pretty small

I was a little disappointed in my room I chose the hotel for a special occasion and the room was not despite the high cost

Quiet bedroom although in a very central location. Staff very attentive and well trained. Food and drink offerings were excellent quality.

During my stay I had a problem with my computer and had to urgently elaborate a document for my business. The staff was extremely helpful and professional and provided me in a couple of minutes with the appropriate infrastructure to continue working. Excellent!

Service and daily requests have been fully taken care and well above my expectations. Great location, nice rooms perfectly designed and equipped, great atmosphere with the cocktail bar, lyric pool with relaxing tune, very special treat with a birthday cake surprise brought in the room to my daughter's attention... A must stay place in London.

非常的棒。住了九天，感觉非常的好，无论是设施和是服务绝对一流。尤其喜欢宽敞的浴室间！服务人员做到了有- 求必应，极其热情，细致，主动。每天的水果品质优良，且丰富。酒店位置极佳，无论是到唐人街、牛津街、还是- 到泰晤士河、伦敦眼、大本钟非常方便，不用打车、坐车，步行10分钟左右都能到达。值得再次入住的酒店。

最好提供牙刷，但我想只要我们提出酒店一定会满足我们的要求。床稍微小了些，再大些会更舒服。
